@@SNP2082bruh, how can everything be so perfect and you can see perfect symmetry in a lot of things in nature. Even if evolution is true, who created the first living organism? Life in general? What made that organism live, what made its heart beat? Why are planets round? Why do they orbit around stars? And our planet earth is perfectly distanced from the sun to support life. If there was no God… everything would be random and there will be no laws of physics and symmetry and life in general.

It's not actually rare Some Beatles are very reflective It has something to do with different colours like x, ray and gamma.

I have never seen such a beautiful beetle, even a Buprestid. Madagascar has such amazing invertebrates!
It is beautiful. Interesting fact supporting the rarity of blue pigments in nature (which this beetle does NOT possess):
The exoskeleton of the beetle is made up of layers of chitin, a fibrous substance that reflects light in a way that produces the blue color. This type of coloration is called "structural coloration," and it is produced by the way that light interacts with the physical structure of the exoskeleton, rather than by the presence of pigments.
I have no idea if this is true, but it sounds way cool! Nature and science are so bad ass.
You're right. Just like the C. cyaneopubescens aka GBB tarantula (and many other Ts) for instance. You have to flash a decent amount of light to see the metallic blue colouration/iridisation. If the light is quite dim, it looks more like dark blue/black-ish.

@@thomasbazin1529 Trust me when I say that although the light helps, this insect was much more vibrant than those tarantulas! the sky was quite cloudy when I filmed this and it was about to rain!
@@Reptiliatus well looking at it again, I can still see that the blue sheen on its back turns a lot darker when the camera angle changes. But I agree with you, the iridisation is a lot more consistent than that of a GBB! (Which is still the most awesome T, btw 😜)

I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

My favorite blue animal is an invert, the Poecilotheria metallica or Gooty Sapphire Ornamental Tarantula. I would also give a close second and third to the Typhochlaena seladonia/Brazilian Jewel and Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens/Greenbottle Blue followed closely equally.
