The Key Bridge Baltimore Disaster made news all over the world. But seeing it up close and in person is a different matter. In this video, Calvin Watkins put all real estate aside to volunteer with Janet Arce Foundation to take food to the 1st Responders that are at the Key Bridge site and working around the clock to rescue the victims and reopen the port.
Janet is a native of Puerto Rico and when she invited me to help, I jumped at the opportunity. In this video, you won't see much footage of the 1st Responders. They were not ready to be on camera and are focused on the task at hand. And that is to retrieve the deceased and reopen the Port of Baltimore for business.
Because they are working 16 and 18 hour days, Janet is doing her part to keep our 1st Responders and construction crews encouraged while doing the work.
Watch the video to see how you can support Janet and her efforts. This was a very sad event in Baltimore. But Baltimore is coming together to help the families of the victims. Janet is taking the lead and I am willing to donate my time and energy to help her make a difference.
