- Sam Tribble demonstrating workouts you can do at home to build core strength. The hollow body hold is a fundamental exercise in gymnastics and body weight skills. Excellent for developing not only your abdominals/six pack but also bodyweight skills such as flips, acrobatics and calisthenics movements. For sets and reps, listen to your body and do not compromise technique for massive numbers. Have fun :)

Used to do these exercises but neglected them in Lockdown, they do work amazing and kept me in great shape when I did them
