- At the moment we have very little left to finish it. But the project is currently frozen because we are stuck with expensive items such as custom suspension, wheels and car registration. Please support our project!
We will appreciate every dollar.

I've followed this project since the beginning and it's amazing how great you've made this, I am amazed at the dedication!
Thank you so much for your support! Happy you with us
I've been into custom cars for almost 40 years, and this is right up there with the best of them, love the workmanship and dedication put into it
The keyword here, Dedication.
I love what you are achieving.
👏🏻🌿👍🏻

Louis, thank you so much for your support! We appreciate it! What do you think about the colors?
I cannot fathom the commitment. The lessons on this build. Patience focus and immense dedication. This was too short to watch. Wishing you guys great success.
Thank you so much for your support! We appreciate it.
Working on the last 10% of any project always takes the longest.
Beautiful work
I'm watching this at 4:30 am, I couldn't wait to watch this. I've made the same mistake with the windshield wipers, even though it's metal I was told to place them on the windshield when changing them so there's no risk of them snaping back into place like that. It does suck but I know that you're dedicated, best you can do is chalk it up as an expensive learning situation and move on. I love this project and I'm here for every part of it. Can't wait for the next video!
Even though it's metal? More like specifically *because* it's metal.
Thank you so much for your interest and support! Glad you like this project. What do you think about the colors?
Can't wait to see this car on Jay Leno's show.
No way! Will it be?
I've enjoyed watching this beautiful car being built, the time, the effort and the quality you guys have put into it, it is truly something to be proud of.
Thank you so much for the kind words! We appreciate it. This project worth it) what do you think about the colors?
@@axes_garage That is a tough question, but if it was my choice of color I would paint the back black pearl or a dark pearl color, then the front a medium green pearl or a florescent orange, I think what ever color you guys decide will look better then what I would choose, you have proved your self's already by building this perfect car.
@@HumanzeeTamer thanks for reply!
I'm amazed at how much work goes into something as simple as a fender. Great work guys
Mikey, thank you so much! Glad you like this project. What do you think about the colors?
@@axes_garage Don't ask my opinon. I don't have vision like you guys! LOL. I'm sure whatever you got with it'll look sexy
@@mikeylite13 thanks for reply. We just want to communicate with our followers)
I am impressed with your ingenuity! I see glass and think waterjet with expanded foam support, but you guys don’t have that kind of budget and go with a freakin angle grinder! That’s just one example of finding a way with what you had on hand. Most excellent!
Barry, thank you so much! If you really want you'll find a way
28:30 OUCH!!!!! I felt that. Over all great project. My mechanic would be proud.
Thanks for watching.It also happens😅
Nice video again ! All the hours you put in, it is amazing. I have a lot of respect for the craftsmanship ! Can't wait for the next video !! Keep up the good work !
Thank you so much for your support! We appreciate it. What do you think about the colors?
I felt so bad for you when the windshield got broken. It sucks but, mistakes happen sometime with almost anything. I'm sure Iv said it before but thats a cool/unique car. Glad you guys are doing everything you can to make it a proper usable car. With real glass windows. Cant wait to see it drive. I think the third mirror option shown at 38:27 might look the best shape wise, but the 4th option also looked better than expected. So definitely option 3 or 4. Keep up the amazing work.
This is going to be a very special car, keep it up guys.
Thank you so much! Glad you like it.
This was an awesome idea! The swoop that divides them makes it work well.
Thank you so much! Glad you like it! Sub and keep on watching
The trick to the score and burn method of cutting laminated glass is to pour the isopropyl alcohol directly into the cut so that it effectively seeps into the score and melts the center bonding layer. I’ve done this many times and it works beautifully as long as your scoring cuts are nice and deep. You just need to have that fire extinguisher right next to your workspace and be VERY careful not to get that alcohol on your clothing or shoes. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
Thanks for watching! It's good experience.
Around the 40:30 minutes when you were lowering the car, it looked so good lifted in all black. When you are done, I think it would looked great changed to a Baja car with a lift kit and off road tires. Definitely unique and fun to try
Michael, thanks for watching. Glad you like this project
When that wiper arm hit the windscreen ohhhhhh. You guys really do well, it's a work of art.
Thanks for support! We appreciate it. Glad you like this project
The concept of your car is looking very good... I really like the design.
Thank you so much! Glad you like it.
I love this project keep on going You'll get there can,t wait to see the end result. 👌
Thank you so much for support! We appreciate it
I'm surprised no big company bought this project, it's amazing and unique.
Great build! Shoutout to the translator as well! It would've been pretty hard for me to be here to see all this magnificent work if otherwise.
I can't believe these guys ... I mean... Automotive content creation doesn't get much more literally creative (and impressive) than this... I mean... This is right up there with Tavarish's P1 build...
She’s really coming together nicely. Sad for your glass 😢
✌️🇬🇧
Thanks for watching and your support! Do you like this colors?
@@axes_garage
I liked the red, but now I’ve seen it in green I am torn between the 2.
I’m sure whatever u decided the colour will be, it won’t detract from the amazing workmanship you guys have put into this project.
What concerns me more is HOW THE HELL are u going to steer the van with a game controller. Because when u have a wheel, you have something to hang onto in the bends. So I’m interested in how you are going to overcome this dilemma ✌️🇬🇧
@@markthompson9914 thanks for reply! We'll figure something out

Best of luck guys 👍✌️
You guys are amazing! Gotta say my heart dropped when the windscreen bit the bullet.
Been here since day one, love the creativity, artistry and talent! I can’t wait to see the maiden voyage!
Who would have thought that at the heart of every BMW was Volga wanting to get out... nice
😅 Thanks for watching
Fantastic job guys. 👏 👏 👏
Thank for support!
Lots of small details that have to be looked at, feels like it slows the project down but it's needed. I like the two mirrors picked.
The final Side Mirrors, Option 4, look absolutely stunning.
Guy's time and persistence with the wings deffo paid off 😁👍 Awesome job brother keep at it 😎😎🤘🤘🇹🇭🇹🇭

Man my son and I are watching this is some of the coldest shit I’ve ever seen much respect 💯
If i ever had to describe you guys in one word then i would use the word "INGENIOUS".
Thank you so much for the kind words! We appreciate it
1. use a water jet to cut the windshield. 2. the word you are looking for is "mold" not matrix or whatever your trying to say.
Matrix is referring to the fibre glass weave. Since they made it out of fibreglass they called it a matrix. It's not correct but it's still easily understandable
If you used cold water after doing the flaming string technique, it might have actually worked.
Thanks for watching and your advice!
everybody can build a vtr shell with an engine, but you guys... are doing something thousand times more difficult, you are trying to copy the original bmw quality and features... i'am simply amazed by that. a simple detail like the wipers are what makes the volgatti the most complete and complex DIY car ever made
ps: maximum support from Italy!!!
Thank you so much for your support! We appreciate it! Big hello to Italy!
28:24 I once made the same mistake when replacing wiper blades, unfortunately I had to buy a new windshield.good luck with the project, it is very interesting
28:23 I felt that in my soul...

Soon enough the car will be singing the new lyrics to the song. "I woke up with a Volga body"
Thanks for watching!
Looks great so far 👍🏼
Thanks for watching! Glad you like it! What do you think about the colors?
I really liked the render, where the car is red. I would love to see that kind of bright color on there because it gives the feeling of an very sporty, vintage car. But I guess most colors will look great on such an amazing car😂

You guys are so cool as ice, talented and brave ❤
Thanks for the kind words! We appreciate it. Do you like this colours?
@axes_garage it is hard to find a colour combination for a great car. But I suggest a classic colour not vibrant because the front of the car is a classic model so champagne colour for the front and black or baby blue for the back. The design has to pop and it is the main important feature so don't let the vibrant colour take over.
But I am sure you will come out with good choices. God bless ❤

AND ... (By the way)... This new narrator... (Instead of the computer translation)... The new narrator is a HUGE PLUS.
This regular person translating is ten times better. . . Good choice.
To the narrator, you speak pretty good English. Thank you for your role in the making of these videos. 🙌✌️😎
Poor Andrew wasn't even looking at the camera anymore after the windshield broke😭😭
Matthew, thanks for support! Sometimes bad thing happened. It's good experience.
32:12 after you accidentally break your specially made windscreen.
Great work 👏👏👏
Thank you so much! Glad you like it.
Hi brilliant builders. Maybe I asked it already but how have you prevent your build against rust on the inside, the engine bay, the underside, overlapping welded panels, the seals and wheelarches? I am impressed by the quality again, thanks for sharing the content!
Excited to see how this turns out
Thank you so much! Glad you like this project!
my opinion about front wind shield, order multiple plexiglass, then bent and glue together, just like people make a skateboard....for side mirror the right one is Mods scooter or Morris Minor fender mirror
-:look really nice
sick video your english is sounding great to boss can't wait to see the build when its done
Thanks a lot! We are trying to do ours best.
Awesome project! Ive been following it for about a year and I love the result but Andrew really needs to wear his respirator if he doesnt want to end up in a nursing home by the end of the next project
It's going to look amazing. Haven't seen anything like it, well maybe 2 cars.👍
In the menu of bmw with fremeless door its a "button" called comfort entry or easy entry and the glass will go down about half when you open the door
Thanks for watching!
Love every episode guy! Continued success!
Finishing? Looks like a year more of work.
I thought and commented the same thing. The last 3 videos lead us to believe they’re finishing ‘something’ on this bd in the video. Loving the build, hating the baited titles.
I am in awe... 😲👍🏻😍😍😍
Jaroslav, thank you so much! Do you like this colours?
@@axes_garage I am impressed by seeing the old Volga getting morphed like this into a Chiron, or the other way around... I remember years ago someone somewhat-merged the same Volga with BMW 850... Obviously this is on another level
I love the color combo in the thumbnail BTW
Thanks for reply
What about a clear hood for an electric car (Tesla) and in the clear hood is loaded with recycled circuit boards with added LEDs. Would be very cool for a show car, maybe like the new Tesla truck. If you don't have them there, someone could 3d scan it and send you the file, if you did this in collab with a big youtube channel, you guys could finally get the subs and views your channel deserves. Just an idea. Love your channel
Thanks for watching and your idea! Glad you like this project
Simply amazing...trust the process!
Awesome 😀
Thanks a lot!
Better looking than a real Bugatti.
Thanks for the kind words! We appreciate it. What colour scheme do you prefer?
@@axes_garage l think the Bugatti blue on black would be great, especially with how straight and true you got the bodywork 👍🏻
@@axes_garage I truly meant it what l said, your front end truly looks better than Bugattis design. Bugattis are butt ugly and you surely improved it. 🙏🏻

Time for these guys to invest in a waterjet. Cuts through everything including curved glass. Don't they have one?
41:27 I did that once.. It's a hard learned lesson that you never forget.
When I touch the button to open my C7 Corvette door the window drops down a half inch to allow the door to open. The doors mechanical is all electric.
I wish you guys would make a model kit version of this car and 124 scale or my favorite scale 112 I have several models that I have built over the years and I believe that that car would look really nice on my shelf
Good job Guys ;oP
too beautiful :oP
i wish i could buy the end product it would be the most unique car to drive around.
OH NOOOO... THE NEW WINDSHIELD!!!! 😮😢😭
Wooohoooooo

THE FOAM FIBERGLASS CAAAAAAAAR
did you try motorcycle mirrors, Ducati has a very nice mirror with turn signals built in
Thanks for watching and your idea!
Awesome!
That car isn't easy to look at. Really well done, and the standard of finish is sooo good, and I know a bit of what's involved with getting a project like this completed. But, Dayum, that's not an attractive car
Most people seem to like it. Maybe it's just you.
@andoletube Maybe. Although, maybe a lot of people are simply more polite than myself.
@@jonathangehman4005 There's a middle ground available - some people would find it cool, interesting, unusual, impressive etc, without necessarily going as far as attractive. You could like it, without loving it.
@@andoletubeI said some nice things about it, I just find the looks off-putting. I wonder what Jozef Kaban would think about it
Thanks for watching! It's OK, everyone has it's own taste. You can look at it like huge and interesting project.
This car looks like a Bugatti giving birth to a old thunderbird
Brilliant
It looks mean in all black.
Metel duct tape and a sand blaster will cut it perfect
Next time heat it and pour water over it it'll crack in the Grove bro

How about a cheap, used diamond lapidary wet saw?
Guys, I usually watch your videos from start to finish, but this time I ended up skipping some parts, for me there was too much explanation. Could be just me but I prefer a shorter video with more work and less planning. Great work with the car as always!

3years and i am not done with my Mazda B2500 either. it's a painful process.

How much did that windshield accident cost!! He said the price is on his "telegram channel?" I have no idea what that is!!! This is only the 3rd or fourth video I've watched on this RUclips channel and they've all been about this car! I don't know why but feel like i'll die if I don't know the cost of that windshield accident!😱
