- 3-2-1 method smoked pork ribs!
3 Hours unwrapped with grill at 225 degrees
2 Hours wrapped in foil to braise with butter brown sugar and bbq sauce at 300 degrees
1 Hour unwrapped with BBQ Sauce. Wait for the meat to pull back from the rib tips and the sauce to tack up.
Rest for 20 mins then slice.
BBQ Heaven!!
