The show at 32:00 is Long Ago and Far Away
MIB opening is sick.
Jaaaaaames BOND, James Bond Jr.
The intro for the 90s mega man cartoon goes way harder than it should XD
no way cause this was big back then, and while a lot of folks think it's cheesy, i think it's one of the best Video Game to TV transitions, period.
Magic school bus lost in space and sound one were my favorite
King Arthur and the Knights of Justice by far had the greatest and coolest theme song of the 90's, that metal blew my mind as a kid....god, so badass!
Agreed 1000%
This and Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors had the best theme song
@@thewayiamoramnot truth! i had wheeled warriors as my ringtone for the longest time, i cant believe it was on z-edge
King Arthur was my show! I can’t believe you found anything from it
90's was such a tsunami of good cartoons...
i got so fat from just sitting infront of the TV all day.
Jay jay the jet plane is the very bane of my existence
Same as an adult
Oh man, King Arthur and the Knights of Justice. The shows that I watched...
FINALLY THE MIB INTRO-
Oh my goodness. Kissyfur was one of my JAMS as a kid. LOVED Kissyfur. Thank you again for these amazing intros. Makes me smile and sing-a-long so much.
the eighties intros told a story and got you into it that way... the nineties . let the visuals speak and caught your ears with some favorable and memerable tunes. TO this day who can not sit there and just nod your head to the MIB theme or the mega man theme. you got the idea with them saying a word and you were watching cause you were listening to that rocking track
I've been watching these with my husband and we love it! Thanks for taking us back to our childhood. We haven't seen part 5 yet but we haven't seen some still though...Mummies Alive, Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?, Gumby, Rugrats, Ahhh! Real Monsters, Goosebumps, Sailor Moon, X-Men, Princess Gwenivere and the Jewel Riders, Hey Arnold!, Roco's Modern World, Batman, and I'm sure there's more but that's all I could think of right now.
I just started watching the Mighty Ducks cartoon for the first time (I was born in 1998, and while I got to watch a lot of shows on these videos, I missed out on quite a few), and it's actually a pretty fun show. The cast is what really drew me to it, since it had some of my all-time favorites (Tim Curry, Clancy Brown, Jennifer Hale, Brad Garrett, Frank Welker, Jeff Bennett, and Tony Jay), but its humor seems to have aged well for a nineties cartoon (because some shows from this era now have humor that falls flat at times, but that's not always the case), the action is great, and the theme song is perfect. My favorite character thus far has to be Mallory, just because she has that quick wit and spunky personality that reminds me of other favorite characters in cartoons, though Grin, Lord Dragunus, Wraith, and Siege are major favorites, too.
Totally adding this to my list. I have vague memories of that show but remember having a ton of action figures and merch from it, lol.
oh hai samcook1845!!!
Retro Crunch, you have no idea the weight your video has lifted off my mind. It's been well over 20 years since I saw Mighty Max, and I never would have found the name if it wasnt for your video.
I love hearing this. Ya. I sorta figured there would be some that might find something they couldn't remember. That's cool.
@Mister Metokur I think it was.
@Mister Metokur I just looked it up. Yes Klasky Csupo was one of the producers of the Jumanji tv series.
King Arthur has never looked more epic than he does in that Golden armor and helmet crown combination as well as dragon summoning shield
Great job sir! I think you nailed them and managed to get even some of the shorts in between. Truly the 90’s was the age of “Extreme” and anthropomorphic action animals. I always thought the “Cowboys of Moo Mesa” riding horses was a little wrong. Would love to see a variant episode, covering the different ones. Like the chipmunks had chipmunks at the movies, you had the 2nd Conan variant on yours and the joe tough gi joe variant. You got both dragon ball z haha which was nice.
Ya. I didnt want to put all the intros and variants. would have been a 3 hrs long video for each episode. Just too many had 2 or 3 variants. But I tried to go with the best, or most popular, but in some cases.. the one I liked more. :)
I kept catching my self saying,” oh yeah I remember channel surfing past that show and it still looks weird...”. I have been humming 90s themes all evening...
What show is this 22:00
Fun fact: The Author of the "Madeline Books" spent time at Fort Ontario in Oswego, NY.
OMG i found mad jack the pirate after uhh like 25 years!! I LOVE YOU MAN :D :D :D I hope the show is as good as i rmemember
90s cartoons forever!
RIP Leslie Nielsen.
I set the damn reminder and still forgot you were dropping this today.
LOL. Well... You have 3 more chances.
...Never realized how terrifying Jay Jay the Jetplane was.
That show is essentially Sleep Paralysis Demons: the Animated Series.
I know right. when i was younger it was a cute show to watch but now that i'm older you realize how creepy those cgi faces were on the planes. Guess that's why thomas the tank engine and bob the builder had grey faces.
@@wrestlmaniarocks Too true
@@ExtremeWreck Those voices are as demonic as their faces.
Lmao, I used to terrorize one of my cousins by humming “Jay Jay the Jetplane” and then screaming “that’s me!” In a Chuckie voice.
King Arthur and the Knights of Justice was awesome. And I'm one of the many many fans who want to see a reboot.
That is actually one of those shows i dont remember and only discovered it recently. Maybe i just didn't watch it as i wasnt into Arthurian legend or sports at the time. It was the awesome guitar that grabbed my attention then i noticed the cool armor and football team. Was it broadcasted in the States? It has to be late 90's. I will definitely have to check it out with such a large fan base.
Yess! I was all about anything with armor or transformations lol
Donny Osmond was the original Johnny Bravo, which is why he show's up so Frequently on the show.
Johnny Bravo was originally a side character in Scooby doo until he got his own show
The creativity and bounds that were pushed with 90's cartoons are astounding. I actually shuddered watching the megababies theme and not in a good way. The Mighty Ducks cartoon I remember, but I've never understood how that hockey team had such an amazing tv cartoon and movie. The movie alone is legendary. And OMG Mighty Max had amazing toys. I think that's the only reason I cared about that series is because the toys were so damn awesome.
That Jumanji intro was pretty epic for a cartoon, I loved it!
I have a misty memories of Jumanji intro but i am pretty sure it has aired in Finland for while
Some of these shows got deep and dark sometimes. I feel like that one did it was pretty good.
For some reason I didn’t know Little Bill was a 90s show and it’s one of my childhoods :/
(41:45) Duane Capizzi. The one responsible for three animated shows such as Men In Black, Extreme Ghostbusters, and Jackie Chan Adventures.
EDIT: A missed opportunity these three shows never crossed over, despite all being owned by Columbia TV/Sony Pictures.
Rights issues might have to do with that.
18:35 DUDE, big thanks to you , I´m looking for this soooooo looooong
18:25 Tim Curry
I am racking my brain, I can't remember a kids show that I used to love. I vaguely remember two side characters chilling in a wizards house, one was very silly and the other was trying to be serious. They would always start off by talking about a storybook character, and the wizard would send them into the story book to help that character finish out their story. I can't remember if they were animals, but they definitely weren't human side characters, I think one may have been a frog but I am not sure. The only episode I truly remember is them helping Snow White and I think her sister Primrose, but that's all I remember. It was an animated children's series, and it would've been airing on antenna TV in the early 2000's. As it was Antenna TV it could've been reruns from before that time., But I can't remember what channel they were on.If the information matters to anyone, I think they were airing after antenna TV change from single channel numbers two numbers - other numbers. Such as channel 25 which was WVIZ in my area was now 25-1, 25-4, 25-5 etc. My best guess is that the show was on 43-1 but I can't remember. If anybody is seeing this and has the name of this show, please let me know. I can't find it anywhere
Doesn't sound familiar. It sort of gives me Super Why vibes, but not much considering this show came out before that one. I think it might've been from another country.
It's good to relive my childhood for a bit
Without compilations like this, I'd have forgotten the names of shows like Kids of Room 402 or Detention.
I know lot of about Mickey Mouse Works in Finland, where its called as Donald's factory
The Mighty Ducks was definitely one of my favorite shows at the time, and a kickass intro didn't hurt!
Albeit probably the stupidest premise for a television show during that decade.
Rennis Tora Gals Disney and the NHL agreed on this back then. Wish it would’ve stayed.
Hay Retro Crunch, another channel you might like is "Saturday Morning Rewind." It focuses on the Voice Actors in cartoons. It goes real well with your "All Intros" videos.
Ya, im subbed to that channel. Good one.
In The Jungle You Must Wait Until The Dice Read Five Or Eight, JUMANJI.
42:41 MIB Animated Series best Animated Series based off of the movies
Truth
I think Godzilla deserves that title most of the time the movie is great with TV series being but Godzilla did the opposite. MIB(1) was a good movie with a great series a lot easier to do. At least in my opinion.
I would love to see a Magic Schoolbus limited series that’s horror themed directed by Jordan Peele.
Chocolate Milkshake, Shaken not Stired, James Bond JR.
A+ video!
So great to see all those 90s cartoon intros!
I'm happy he added The Maxx. This adaptation should get a lot of attention.
Never knew about Little Rosie and though not a fan of the source material, DAM i dig that theme song! Also nice to see a Lulu reboot in the 90's. My dad, being a Dinosaur, subjected me to very vintage cartoons as a kid and i did experience a few 50 year old toons. That theme song was great too. ROCK ON!!!
Ha! Glad you enjoyed it, and just so you know . Your dad's cool.
@@RetroCrunch he was a Toonhead like me all his life... So not really all that cool 😜. Like father like son. (Cheers ) 🥂
I saw it back in the 90s, but I thought it was about Rosie O'Donnell. I didn't know until, like, last year it was about Roseanne Barr/Arnold.
@@bethdibartolomeo2042 when i saw the Opening Theme here i also first thought of Rosie O'Donnell. Probly cause im a little young for Roseanne
@@leodenverrex3819 The two women have a lot of similarities- loud, brash, large, and similar names. It's easy to see how it can be confusing, you know?

Kid N Play had a cartoon?
Yeah, it did. Don't ask.
That suprised me too!
Oh yeah jonny bravo
That's James Bond Jr? In secret, he's Ziv Zulander from Botsmaster.
Probably because it's made using the same animesque artstyle.
Love that the Mickey Mouse and Friends theme is just the MMC theme but with the roll call cut off
RIP Charlotte Rae.
Tried to keep up with Mickey Thomas every time Mighty Ducks came on.
Mickey Mouse Works..OMG memories
Marsupilami is there! I wish he was on Disney Plus.
Thanks for uploading😁
Yay Irresponsible Captain Tylor!
Want to see: James Bond Jr., Little Mermaid, Madeline, Magic School Bus, Men in Black (enjoyed the 1st movie)
Maybe: Jungle Cubs, Kablam!, Katie and Orbie, Kids From Room 402, King Arthur, Kipper, Legend of Calamity Jane, Prince Valiant (for star power), Legends of Treasure Island, White Fang, Lionhearts (star power), Little Mouse on the Prairie, Littlest Pet Shop (pre-Blythe), Long Ago & Far Away, Mario All-Stars, Marsupilami, Mother Goose and Grimm
Seen/watch: Inspector Gadget, Johnny Bravo (Bigger fan of the girls kicking his ass), Classic WB shorts, classic Disney shorts
Which star interests you in The Lionhearts? William h Macy?
Mighty max was my favorite series as a child! i had most of the toys aswell, Memories
(30:53) I was in the 2nd a grade when that Littlest Pet Shop came around. My younger sis would watch this before Sailor Moon started on weekday mornings.
Didn't really care for the former, at least not until it was revived in 2012 by Hasbro Studios in a much more likable setup.
I did not know that Metro Goldwyn Mayer gave a cartoon version of their logo mascot a family and made a show about it
Men in Black: The Series !!! Inspector Gadget!!! King of the Hill Oh Yeah!!!
Jungle Cubs kinda has a sad feel to it cause we all know what happens to Shere Kahn later in life.
Migraine Boy just gave me whiplash into 98-99 watching MTV at exactly 6:25pm.
I loved the little mermaid series
Are you going to do every cartoon from the 2000s and this decade.
At this time.. NO. Thats too recent. This is a Retro channel.
@@RetroCrunch we are close to wrap this decade so not so far away from 2000 coming retro, right?
@@MrPhantaze i suppose.. hehehehehe... but for now.. im trying to stay out of the 2000s
Why would anyone feel the need to do the last 20 years? Even the 90s were just a ghost of what everyone else's childhoods prior were like. Let me be absolutely clear, your childhood sucked stinky balls compared to the two decades before the 90s.
Am I the only one who wanted to see Henry and June get together? They obviously had feelings for each other...
Authur and the Knights of Justice had one of the best intros. When I saw it, I was hooked. Too bad the show did not really live up to expectations in my opinion.
I love the jumanji animated series
holly crap! I remember watching microscopic Milton when I was 5!!!! XD Ah, good 'ol nostalgic memories.... I love this nostalgic feeling. It fills me with both happiness and sorrow.... But also hope to get ahold of these old cartoons for my kids to grow up on. Because there's no way in HFIL I am letting them watch the dribble and bilge that is on now a days.... -_-;
My favorite of The Justice Friends was, of course, Val Halla. We’re talking three decades of cartoons.
Woke up every morning for Mega Man and Mortal Kombat Defenders of the Realm
Megas XLR came out in 2004.
Pilot aired on 90's
Back then, when I heard the king of the hill intro, I knew it was bedtime
I LOVED IT
56:30 So that's where Penn got that dumb name for his daughter.
so love this video it so good
The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim!
Too bad no TIIMU SALANNI... I mean Teemu Selänne in cartoon
MrPhantaze that sux

Are you planing to add Stickin' Around on a different part of Every 90's Cartoon Intros?
Megas xlr needs to be continued
So does Batman and beyond
Oh wow, Mad Jack the Pirate. That is a cartoon I watched quite often, was only on TV on Saturdays here. It isn't a very well known cartoon so I'm glad it is here. :)
By the way, to bad you didn't get Hugo the Jungle Animal or Jungle Jack (or whatever it would be called in English) in the English-speaking countries. Wasn't a bad cartoon (but also not one of the best either and Marsupilami was better) and would've been nice to see here if there would've been an English intro to it.
I remember Mad Jack the Pirate if only because I had recordings of all 50 of the episodes of Young Hercules from 1998-1999 from FoxKids until I stopped having a VCR. They did quite a few gag promos for Mad Jack. I'd forget about the 1998 Godzilla cartoon too if it wasn't for those recordings.
❤❤❤👍👌👏 thank you
With today's context, watching the opening to Little Bill is too funny (and sad).
Pirates of the Carribean: The Animated Series. The main character is even named Jack, though mad apparently. How did a show like that never actually happen?
Do you want to kill me with overdose of nostalgia?! x) Thank you!
a good deal of these cartoons came out well after 1999....

Megas XLR has to be the genesis of so many cartoons today. MODOK, and so many others. BIG GIANT ROBOTS!
Except MODOK is several decades older than that show
What is a jet plane?
So they made a show based on the MGM lion?
That jet plane show gave me nightmares back in the day. The jet plane show is an American live-action/CGI-animated musical children's television series based at the fictional Tarrytown Airport, which aired on The Learning Channel and PBS Kids from 1998 until 2005.! I remember seeing an advertisement of the MGM lion show on some VHS tape and it look pretty wired.
If it starts with lightning, it's either monsters or Mortal Kombat.
