@@ChristianFuchsBlues ha...good one. Practicing your lessons today. I already sound professional though I have just started. LOVE the tension note points and the boss story which gets your point across so well. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Christian, you're a great teacher. The color coded keyboard helps a lot, and when you take time to talk about phrasing, approach, and the feelings behind the way the keyboard is played specifically , really makes a difference in helping me to try to keep those things in mind when playing now. So many of us get to benefit from your great ear for picking out the right notes, and showing them to us. It's very much appreciated. 🤓I know it takes time and effort to produce good videos like these, so thanks, we appreciate all you do to make these, and it's always nice to see another new one. 🐣🎶🎹🤓
Hi Christian! Thank you so much for your videos, I love you teaching style and sense of humor. With such a crazy time in the world right now I am so happy to have a slice of the blues cake. Thank you again!
One of you commented: "Never heard it like that before!" That is because your own emotional input is so hard to teach. So books and tutorials give you some notes and licks other greats played but not THE WAY THEY PLAYED IT. To fill the empty shells of licks that might sound like the "real thing" with something is what the player has to do! And THAT part is actually the real thing. Your first kiss you might have done like you've seen it somewhere or someone showed it to you. That, in principle, is just playing a lick. And you don't want to be a bad kisser for the rest of your life, no? :-) That is terribly hard to teach, cause the other has to give, what he or she doesnt like to give that easily. But I would feel guilty as a teacher not even to mention the "real thing", so that you can at least have the chance to make a choice! Kisses from Berlin ;-)
After years of learning how to play music without much success, you finally hit the right spot in my brain,For creativity in blues music what a great teacher the best in the wold in my book. Thank you for helping and empowering us
Thank you Christian, you are my new man haha. I often say that C, F and G are like bacon, cheese and onion as you can put them on anything (omelette, pizza, sandwich etc). So now I'm cooking with some new ingredients and off bake a lemon blues cake haha. So, I'm off to cook up a treat. Keep up the good work and I'm glad to see a like-minded person to help me on my way down here in Melbourne, Australia. Thanks again.
So, do bacon, cheese and onion go on lemon cake? Of course they do. And we will show it to rest of the world, righty! Yes! :-) One piece of lemon cake cheese n' onion, please, but pronto!
Such a gentleman and a great teacher! I will probably be going to Germany in New year I'd love to meet Christian for coffee! Great videos! Happy New year man
I like how you teach us to tell stories with music. Nice nice nice.... I am teaching myself boogie woogie, could you please do something similar with that style? Thanks for your work Christian! (cool name by the way. Lol)
This in my opinion doesnt transport to Boogie. Cause Blues IS by its DNA storyteling. Boogie by its DNA is dance & party music, later concert hall virtuoso music. Its fast. Try telling a story at 160 bpm with one action followed by the nex. No one will listen. ;-)
I am neither 50 nor 70, but as of today, I'm exactly between those two numbers. I believe this makes me Baby Bear, because I'm juuuuuuust right. But no, before you ask, I already checked, and Goldilocks is not sleeping in my bed. So I guess I'll learn to play the blues.
This is REAL teaching...REAL!
Thats a true fan, Changing your name to mine! ;-)

While others teach how to play blues music, you teach how to create blues music. Awesome!
The greatest piano lesson for me, so far, thanks!
Amazing teacher 👨🏫

Thx Vincent!
Excellent, excellent. Thanks for teaching us how to play music, rather than how to move our fingers.
Never heart that in that way. Thank you Master Christian. Very helpful for me.
Semplice, importante, bravissimo! Grazie

Great video. Need more like this please.
T. Brandt will come...
10:14 You made it!!! LOLOLOL :)
Great! Extremely helpful. Now, with all the expression in my right hand I keep forgetting the left hand metronome. Please fix that!
If I told you „all the apples in one bag!“ would that mean to you „empty the other bag with pears“? Think about it...;-)
@@ChristianFuchsBlues Wish I'd told you I'm blonde ;-)
Congratulation on the fall of the wall Christian. From which side did you observe the wondrous occasion?
I missed it from the west , due to practicing piano of course!
