I’ve been super unmotivated with working out too. I miss lifting weights and doing classes. But I’ve been trying to do more mat Pilates to slowly ease back into working out. It’s very low impact but really good for the core and stretching!
I've been using the tone and sculpt app for workouts. You pay for it so I find that that makes me more likely to actually use it. It has different guides to follow and a weekly planner. I'm currently doing the 8 week sculpt it guide and I love it. 28 minute workouts 4 days a week but those 28 minutes are intense! Just a suggestion 💕 I was THE most unmotivated person ever when it came to fitness and I've been sticking to 5-6 days a week of training.
I was having pain in my feet from running and then I bought Brooks Ghosts and I haven't had an issue since! I would suggest going to a running store that analyzes your running if you have one near you/is open so you can get fitted for the right shoes!
hey girl! I got extensor tendinitis after I ran 8 miles last Friday. I stretched a lot and put ice on my feet and let it rest for a couple days. I felt pretty normal after running 10 miles yesterday and they didn’t hurt at all. The pain is likely due to the really tight shoelaces or too many uphill runs. In terms of workout motivation I highly recommend the training programs on the peloton app and I love the guided outdoor runs and many pre/post run stretches. I hope this helps :) love your vids!!

i'm a dancer and that happens to my foot when i use it too much or do too much running and dancing together. I use a tennis ball to stretch the under part of my foot and that helps! Don't stress it out or it could last for months (it's happened) and making sure i had a good arch support at all times helps also!
Girl I have the same issue when I run on pavement.. I started running at the beginning of all this and suddenly couldn't do lunges, and the tops of my feet hurt like crazy. Felt like the tops were almost bruised! I actually used arthritis cream to relax the nerves in my foot and it helped immensely! My uncle is an EMT and recommended it to me.
For scrunching try R+Co curl prime and curl cream together! They’re so good! Also, after you scrunch, try tying it on top of your head in a towel for about 10 mins!
If you get back into running try the couch to 5k app! Or for more of a challenge try the 5-10k app. I loved it, it’s a 8 week program, 3 runs a week - keeps me very motivated every week to get a work out in.
The title is my life for the past two weeks LOL 😂 But it’s starting not to be funny anymore - I’m very harsh on myself and neglecting my workouts (which I try to do at least 3-4 times a week) makes me super grumpy. Thank you for this video ❤️
If you’re unmotivated to do you standard routine workout or any routine workout, then do something fun instead. Like rollerblading is super fun and is also a healthy workout. There’s also tons of belly dancing and Latin dancing workouts on RUclips’s
Pamela Reif has great workouts on RUclips and schedules posted on her Instagram. It's been keeping me motivated and on track with working out during this crazy time. 💪 PS. Your skin looks so much better! Cant wait til you release how you cleared it up 😊
