On 8 October 2013 SC declared that EVM can not be believed unless it's count is checked with VVPAT. Therefore SC order EC to use VVPAT to verify result before declaring them, to make election to be free and fair. But EC has not taken any such step so far. Therefore all the election conducted by EC are null and void.
