- Many students watch my RUclips videos because they are interested in getting admission in LUMS. Recently, the admission cycle of LUMS closed for the year 2024, several people who used to watch my videos got accepted for their LUMS admission however there are also such of my viewers who unluckily couldn't make it and failed to get admission in LUMS. This video is dedicated to those students and I am hopeful this video will provide them a direction for their future academic plans.

Come on, guys, its your life, and you have to rule it. The universe is big. I mean, its big. Stop crying if you didn't get a place on that 100 acres. You gotta move on; there is no time to waste in crying. Stop comparing yourself to others, you are not like everyone else because you are unique :) Any way, don't worry, I also got rejected.

One thing I would like to emphasize is that if you apply to LUMS while being enrolled in another university, you'll be considered a transfer applicant. It's important to know that it’s highly competitive to get accepted as a transfer student, especially in SDSB and SSE, where only 1 or 2 transfers are accepted each year. Therefore, it’s not generally recommended. However, if you're determined to get into LUMS, you might consider taking a gap year. If you do, make sure to use the time wisely to strengthen your application overall, which could improve your chances of being accepted as a regular applicant.
Thank you for adding this point. But what I meant is not to apply as a transfer applicant rather as a regular applicant again but having admission in another university is for keeping the safe side that if one unluckily couldn’t make it even in the second shot then at least they have an option to keep going with it.

I think you would be able to apply this time when admissions applications will open because I think you can apply on the basis of your 1st year results but it would be best if you confirm this from LUMS website also

W.salam… Yes… but you need to get good scores in admission test, diligently write your personal statement and I’ll also suggest you to choose secondary preference to be less competitive programs of LUMS

@@ridabashir9348 Date of LCAT test is announced by LUMS and you can only take it on that date. Please see LUMS undergraduate admission timeline on LUMS website for this. However, SAT can be taken on different dates.
Sqlain bro I wanna get admission in lums in 2025 admissions will open in November and deadlines are probably in February and I have to give sat and also done other formalities for admission so can I get admission this year?
Yes you can get admission this year if all your admission requirements are complete… please see the admission eligibility criteria of your intended program on LUMS website

Hello, Kia SDSB mai LCAT de kr admission lia jaskta hai with good score ya SAT hi dena hoga
LCAT is also acceptable for all the undergraduate programs including those of SDSB

@@hamadkhan8206 according to my information LCAT is acceptable for SDSB but you can confirm this from LUMS website, look for SDSB undergraduate admission requirements.

Yes.. admission is possible in this case but you would need to write a very good personal statement and prefer applying to the programs that are relatively less competitive

If you are not selected for NOP but have been offered admission then you can apply for financial aid or loan. And I think I also have received your message on instagram, I’ll get back to you there soon and we can discuss it further if you want to.
