There are a lot of great little touches in this movie that I loved back when I first saw it - like the way that "Tyler" is always wearing dated and slightly tacky clothes that still somehow seem to 'fit' perfectly for the occasion he's in, as if to imply that he cobbles most of his wardrobe together meticulously from donation bins and thrift shops (which works perfectly with his character).
Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland and the Faroe Islands are considered culturally Scandinavian but for the most part, including in common usage, it usually refers to Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

This is genuinely one of my fav movies, so different, and thoroughly enjoyable, I wasn't bored for a single second. The second watch is somehow even better.
