I heard mixed comments from different dermatologist
Some of them says that it reduces puffiness other says that cold temperature isn't good for skin

Putting in the freezer is unnecessary it doesn’t change the puffiness long term it just gives a short term cooling effect which feels nice 👌

Be careful please. Temperature gaps isn't food for the material your jade roller is made of. Placing it in just a fridge is enough.

I don’t suggest that many drops of serum. You can do that many but make sure you don’t do the same few drops everyday or else you will likely have skin problems

Its an Hylauronic acid serum lol its just an humectant, its used to add Moisture to skin ,but I wonder if he used Moisturizer before it, otherwise it doesn't do much.
