Mansion at 3:29 is a beast. I built his pool with my old company artistic pool design. That pool has an amazing infinity edge which over flaws the window of the office hidden under the pool. And built around the pool is a koi pond which the owner has koi upwards of 70k swimming. He’s a billionaire who sold some software to a hospital system. From what I remember the patent alone makes him 4 cent per transaction and their are tens of million’s transactions per day. Last thing, he also has a black out supercharged jet ski. I nearly fell off while doing a 90knots on lake butter 😂
Can you comment on John's Lake? I'm seeing so many beautiful houses on that lake, but it looks like it's not part of any chain. What is the lake life like and usability on that lake?
Love all the lakes and the many parks you'll find with them in the Orlando area. I saw in a post in the neighborhood where we're having our house built that people hear very loud airboats on the lakes from time to time. Are there regulations in place that restrict when and where they are allowed?

Love the Central Florida lake chains - great video Ken!
From a boating standpoint Lake Toho and East Lake Toho are not in the same chain. There is a non-navigable lock in the canal that joins the two lakes.
What about Lakeland & Winter Haven area. A lot chain of lakes around there.
What about winter park chain of lakes, the most iconic chain in all of Orlando?
Were you just referring to chains outside of the city?

Price of lake house? TAXes? HOA?

What lakes can we go to to visit? Like for a walk or picnic etc.
Clermont or Harris chains are easy to visit, walk, picnic
Winter Park chain of lakes >>>
Yo Ken no love for Howey ? Its right off little lake Harris
Howey is Lake County, he did mention "Lake County"
saw you on tv yesterday
I'm surprised you didn't mention Lakeland/Winter Haven/Polk County which have a ton of lakes... and much cheaper
Tell SAWYER BRIANNA, thank for the follow up!
Uhhh… the Winter Park chain of lakes didn’t even get a mention? Sheesh.
Winter Park chain is a joke, that's why.
Thumbs down for misleading title
Bruh..what day were you on that dock on Lake Minneola? I bet I drove right by you. I'm back in the U.S. now by the way! 🫡
