- I thought I would wake up and do a quick update video for you guys. I just recorded this on my phone, and you are getting full “bed head“ here, but I’m OK with that. Please note, your hairloss will progress further in DHT-sensitive zones, which is normal if you don't combine surgerical and medical treatment. Uslng a 5α-Reductase inhibitor can block this, Proscar/Finasteride is your best bet at this. Should you not take any medication to stop further hairloss, transplanted hairs will remain while other areas continue to thin out. It is a common practice to refill those areas with a follow-up surgery, however, prevention is always ideal. Depleting your donor area as such is going to create a problem on the long run.

Your hairline looks nice but it looks like they missed some spots in the overhead view. Was that purposeful because of a lack of donor hair?
They really didn't. I had major hat hair in this video. DM me @solohour on IG and I'll send you pics if you like.
I think his hairloss progressed as is normal if you don't combine surgery with medical treatment. Please use a 5α-Reductase inhibitor, Proscar/Finasteride.
