It's not often that I sing in Norwegian,
but this one I chose to do in the original language. The first time I heard “Denne uro”, Odin’s melody went straight into my heart. And after hearing the story behind it, I understand why. We need songs like this to process both our inner grief and the grief in a world that seems to have gone completely out of hands.

So Beautiful! You are Amazing, Mari! Many Thanks from my Heart 🙏🙏🙏💚💚💚
This is so beautiful! I don't know what the words are, or even what the song is about, but it touched my soul, and I bgan to cry, too. Thank you, Mari!
He wrote the song when his mom was dying from cancer. His dad is playing. She has such a calming voice
@T.Aa90 That is beautiful, sad, and so touching. Thank you for explaining this!
The tekst in english :
This Restlessness
This restlessness is a wind
which rives the sails
- a sting in a sleepy mind.
This restlessness is a path
against an unknown landscape
against everything that can pass me by.
So my restlessness must be.
This restlessness is a spark
which lights up the pyre
and becomes a fire in the end.
This restlessness is a part
of a life I have lived in.
For they who set everything up to a play
have a restlessness in their soul.
May my restlessness hold still
which blows, which sparks and burns.
In all, I have an allotted time:
Let my restlessness remain.
