hello, i bought the same mouse, but im having a problem that is, when i go to calibration on synapse it comes on "medium" and if i put on "high" the lod on mouse stays low and i tested both with dvd to measure the lod and even on "high" cant even makes up 1.2Mm (1 dvd) its yours the same? thanks.

I set medium on calibration I think maybe you should try to update firmware first. maybe can help you
