Absolutely love it, I am about to start mine and found your video. It was very helpful and gave me a lot of ideas for my own.

He looks great! I especially liked how you described the process of choosing the parts from multiple options and the rating at the end.
Usually tutorials are quickly finished once the paintjob is done, so it's nice to hear some final thoughts about the paintjob/miniature. =)

Glad you liked it! It was a fun mini to put together, but I still hate painting skin tones :D

Great tutorial. Very nice color choices! I miss the base build, but I understand the reason for the clear stand. Overall, I like!
⭐⭐✨👍 I think the next time I go to a mini store, I am going to pick up a pot of... Gnome/nolm/nul oil... However you say or spell it 🙄 after almost a year of being a fan and seeing the cool things you do with the "stuff" I'm gonna give it a shot!
    You da man ATANK🥇

First, to me, that model is the coolest looking one of those 4. Garguk the Ogre Chieftan from Reaper is my favourite, though (I would love to paint one, if I could find one).
I’m glad you are providing all the tips for building and painting these minis, from sprue removal to filling gaps with Green Stuff to the timing of the final assembly. I enjoy the review and rating, too. I also would definitely prefer the larger minis to build.
I thought you did a great job with the tanned flesh, including the flicked paint for moles (I will have to try that on my next fleshy monster). I hate painting flesh, as well, especially human. I love my Scrofulous Brown from Vallejo as it’s a mustard yellow that looks awesome with various washes. I hope to get the Army Painter Skin Tones paint set soon.
Anyway, great video. I look forward to seeing your next one.

    Great work
I on the other hand have neither the time nor patience to do these minis
I can barely get time to paint therefore I use a lot of prepainted minis

It's definately a choice people will make. But I think that simply HAVING the choice, is a really cool option to have.
      thanks for watching Rivers!

nice video, thank you! i'm actually working on my Balor from frameworkes and gonna prime it today. as i can you, you actually glue painted parts on painted parts. isn't that supposed to be bad? as far as I heard, the glue doesn't really work it's magic if it's not plastic on plastic. would love to hear your opinion :)

I had no problems. I didn't fully paint over the parts that were going to be attached.
There was some overspray and a bit of pigment here and there, but enough of the plastic underneath must have been exposed still to create the bond with each other.
Two months later and with some play handling, and were still fused!
Thanks for watching, hope this helps.

Sorry it took me forever to reply to your comment! That's a HUGE base under the ogre.

Why not prime and paint before cementing?
