I’m going here this weekend. How was the service?
The service there is what keeps us coming back! The resort is really beautiful and stunning, it truly is, the food is delicious (all of it!) and they offer so much in the way of included parks/tours/activities - but after 7 times there, we have done most if not all of that. Its the service, the over the top, smiling, friendly service that drove us to buying the membership which is what makes it affordable for us to go back every year 😊
What is the best month to go ?
We have been 3 times in December, 1x in April, 2x in May and 1x in July. We prefer December, but you would need go to early to mid December, once you hit the 22nd or so, the price jumps until Jan 1 because of Christmas & New years. April is good, May is good but risky for being too hot. July is a no-no, not only is it really hot but if you go over holidays or over the summer, it will be much busier as well.

@@vistula462 Yes, those would still be considered off-peak. My sister has gone 2x in September and enjoyed it. If you go at the end of October, you can also see the Day of the Dead festivities at Xcaret Park. Sort of a Mexican Celebration, think the movie "Coco".

I wanted to make this video a pure walking video, with natural sound for this specific reason, so that the viewer feels they are the one walking the resort in real time. I absolutely LOVE the sounds of those birds! My morning walks thru the resort always start the day off right 😍
