This is harder than last Abyss IMO though a lot of people cleared it like normal based on what I see on Discord. Don't be fooled by the video. I actually retired Floor 12 100+ times based on my Battle Chronicles. I have no real strategy to make Chamber 3 easy so if anyone knows, please share them in the comments. *Things to Note:* 1. Using Melt Ayaka means that her burst won't stick to enemies. You'll have a hard time catching Fatui Agents in your burst. Just keep retrying until you get a decent time. 2. Only reason I went with Melt Ayaka is so I can clear Maguu Kenki fast and because he can't be frozen. Just a personal preference of mine to change teams redoing chambers. Freeze might be easier in Chamber 1 & 3 who knows. 2. You can use elemental bursts to I-frame Maguu Kenki's special attacks. Shields aren't required. 3. Chamber 3 1st Half Wave 1: Head right to the Ruin Destroyer and the other should teleport to your spot (in the video it came late). Wave 2: Head to one of the Ruin Cruisers facing the Ruin Guard. It's RNG when the Cruisers will jump back. 4. Chamber 3 2nd Half Wave 1: Same strategy as Wave 1 above though its RNG when the Cruisers will jump back. Wave 2: Run to the back of the Ruin Grader and they all should clump together. Freeze comp makes 12-3 a lot easier indeed. I did it with Ayaya, Chongyun for reduced cd, Xingqiu for freeze and...I don't remember the last one, lol, but I do remember my Ayaya had more crit damage and was using a 4pc blizzard set instead.
I think you feel it's harder because it's a melt ayaka setup. And if you look at you you randomly reverse melt Ayaka's auto attacks. Also enemies in chamber 1 get knocked out of the ayaka ult. It also seems Ayaka is having a hard time with energy. Nice little experiment. At least I know now never to try melting ayaka. Thank you.
@@ronniejacksonjr4910 at the time kazuha came out and he was my absolute favourite character and I did manage to get him but I desperately wanted his c1 and unfortunately I had to sacrifices my chance on getting ayaka to maybe get c1 kazuha and I did managed to get it and although I couldn’t get ayaka I will never regret getting my c1 kazuha but as soon as a ayaka rerun comes I’m instantly getting he no matter what😩
Actually you could've just swap around and let hu tao deal with first half and let ayaka deal with second half. But it's still a nice run and interesting strategy
Hey I copied your team comp for both characters,but the only difference is that I used Geo traveller to replace NingGuang,it worked pretty well ngl,nice showcase :) can't wait to get hutao
@@sire2283 Zhongli needs to be in it or else this comp wouldn't work. The problem with Noelle's shield is the cooldown and uptime. Even if you have her C6 emergency shield, that's still a lot of time unshielded. You'll also be hyper investing in her artifacts, weapon and skill. If you're ok with those, then build away. I don't think Zhongli is coming back anytime soon anyways.

for chamber 3 - 1, rather than the right ruin enemy, you can try attacking the left one instead. I do this and all the 3 enemies will be group in one place. at that time, use ayaka burst to kill all enemies at once. i managed to clear 3 - 1 around 50 seconds, so 3 - 2 become easier for me because i have more than 2 minutes left to full star.
Its the same thing either you attack the left one or the right one, you always hoped for the other one to teleport to you, no difference at all. I also attack the right sentinel and the other one can also teleport. Its just comes down to your luck.
I actually debated building Ningguang or Geo MC. I decided to build Ningguang because of higher damage and is catalyst (Geo MC would take another sword from someone else) but both functions the same (burst supports)
Ningguang is higher damage while Geo MC has crit rate boost + I heard the burst is useful against Maguu Kenki. Your choice really. Both do the same job as burst supports.
Seems you dont have kazuha or venti Anyway, I would prefer to use hu tao xingqiu diona sucrose for 2nd half for grouping and freeze to nuke them especially the small fries. For ayaka team for you, hmmm, how about bennett, ayaka, mona and jean. It might be quite hard but jean can also group the enemies in chamber 1 humans there and can switch jean for more dmg like xiangling or raiden on later chambers. Mona Q dmg bonus debuff is a huge 1.5 or 1.6 times multiplier.
why do you use aquila favonia on ayaka? i mean your damage is so good but why not get one that benefits her more as a cryo dps like the craftable or the bp one? sorry if this sounds rude its a genuine question
No worries! So think of Aquila as a Blackcliff Longsword (best 4 star option according to theorycrafters) whose passive is always activated. I had mats to make R5 Amenoma but didn't because you only use that if you didn't roll enough ER in your build (I had 130+ ER which is more than enough). BP sword's CR stat is kinda redundant (looking at how my artifacts rolled) since Ayaka only really needs 25-40% CR. I just made use of what I had instead of using my sword prototypes, starglitter (blackcliff) or BP.
Also thanks for asking instead of leaving a rude comment! 2 Russian guys came and ridiculed my Ayaka (in Russian) then either got flagged by RUclips or they deleted it themselves. Didn't get a chance to explain

I'm using a white tassel on my Hu Tao because i don't have good CRIT Rate artifacts
Just keep playing and eventually you'll get a dragon's bane or save up glitters for a blackcliff.

@@FernxndoV Maybe you're using crit damage circlet? Try crit rate. No other way around it but to farm better artifacts. It's all in the substats.

I found freeze comps to be easier in 3 I used freeze melt hutao w/ rosaira + xq and can go to town once everything is grouped up
