Now I find my ikigai It was really helful for me I am also stressed about life I am always feel that every day of my life is stressful .and sometime i thought that my life is aimless And I am just spent my time with stressful thought Thnks ..
The main our ladakh problem is eating and sleeping. We forgot out local food and forget our farming.we depends outside food we not use our foods in our kitchen that is our problem...

Geetanjali, a non ladakhi is welcomed in Ladakh while others are not allowed. What hypocrisy? Ladakhis please tell me , ladakhis want six schedule to protect non native from settling in Ladakh but geetanjali is welcomed . If she is wel comed , why hatred against others ?
