Thanks for the tip. Just went today on New Year’s Day 1/1/2025. It’s $7 per person for the water taxi round trip and $2 per person for the bus from Phillipsburg to Maho Beach. Quick tip, pay for the bus ride after you arrive at your destination. 😊

Just returned from St Maarten. Bus direct to Maho beach from the port is $16 dollars return, picks you up at the beach and drops you off right back in the port.

To walk to the hut about 5 minutes, taxi ride about 10. The bus ride depends on how many times it stops but about an hour. So 1hr 15 to 1hr 30?

Poor service, weak drinks expensive, rude staff, cold , bland food. Go to the other side of the beach, Driftwood. Better food and drinks. A lot of locals who are very friendly
