My grandmother was born in Chisholm in 1905 but her mother was so homesick that the family decided to move back to Finland soon after that. It would be interesting to visit Chisholm some day.
I was raised here, it is a nice little town in a beautiful area. I also visited a couple parts of Finland once and I felt like I fit right in! I can understand why so many Finnish people immigrated to this part of Minnesota
