It’s the combination of the butter and oils with the aloe Vera gel. It’s normal. You can use fork like i did in the video but it will take a while before it becomes fluffy. Or use a stong whisk.

Mmm glycerin is one of the essential ingredients o, try to look for it where they sell organic skincare/ haircare products
