The first thing I said was i love clovet mae. Its like you don't have to like every damn song and I'm glad they saw honest feedback. As thats what they need. @@jordancrawford9726 look up the definition of hypocrite. Someone clearly was trying to involve herself outside the original conversation. I kindly asked her to put it where it belongs. Its like people skim over what I say and just don't understand I can love an artist without loving every cover/original and clip. They need to hear all opinions from fans or she won't know what's her most popular type of music and they dont need everyone just saying. I love you. You deserve more recognition. If artists had a dollar evertime someone said that they would all be rich and famous.

I love clovet mae. But this cover is a bit all over the place and very poppy. Not showing off her amazing voice at all. Sorry, I'm not into this one. :( I just don't feel "numb" was given the respect by the producer and editor that it deserved and they drowned out her voice and its Halloween....well here it is. I expected a little more. My apologies as you all would have worked hard on this project, but I feel it could have gone in a much different direction. I'm normally not one of "those people" I just wanted to give my reaction as a fan to the video and cover track. I'm no expert.

In this sense I'm more talking to the all in one "producer/editor/film maker" thats 3 big jobs to have. So I can understand why it was sloppy. I'm allowed to have an opinion just like you. That's fair, I love the original, but I do appreciate the different style of the song. OG is pretty iconic and does execute well, especially coming from the band, but I do think cover artists can give a different taste sort of like the OG is Coke, and this song would be Cherry or Vanilla Coke. Kind of reminds me of those pop songs that seem wholesome but has a deeper and darker meaning.
You're valid in what you think, besides I don't believe it's supposed to be a dark cover like the Little Drummer Boy or Come Little Children that she did, so it may be a different genre which I do give props in trying if that's the case.

@@arthurenglebert6397 I do get where you are coming from. Every cover of "Numb" is so different. And I appreciate changing up tracks to make some new flavour. Clovet has done it before. I just haven't seen her be a little bit on the poppy side yet.
I suppose ultimately what I was trying to do was give my honest personal feedback, instead of going "omg I love this"
I thought it may be darker due to Halloween. So I was genuinely surprised at this particular cover. However I'm not busting my arse creating this cover and video.
