VIDEO/AUDIO ISSUE: I've noticed the video seems a little 'choppy'. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with the video render or the Gopro settings itself. I also noticed the wind noise/background noise is very excessive. All things I am aware of and will resolve/improve in coming videos.
unsure how I fixed it on mine, I recorded in 1080p 60fps, seemed to be something to do with the way I imported the files, they would be choppy until I'd watched them all and let them load or something
Didn't know you had this channel til today :) Nice bike and good luck on your test. I got a new bike last week, Yamaha R1M, incredible piece of machinery.
Just thought I'd say thanks for making these videos. They have set me a new life goal to become a motorcyclist. Also what is the name of your gaming channel
As for suggestions, do an instructional series! Most instructional series are in the US and some English competition would be good! Instructional as in how to start riding a motorcycle (breaking, gearing etc.), what to look for when starting up and things similar to that. Look forward to watching your vids more regularly again!
Don't know if it's just me man but I'm experiencing weird buffered audio and picture when on 1080p... But great videos mate, I'll keep tuned for the future!
I noticed one of these in a bike rental place the other day and next to it was parked an MT-03 (321 parallel twin). The surprising thing was the forks on the 125 were thicker than the 321's.
It's crazy, both the YZF-R125 and MT125 are built and designed like a much larger looking motorcycle. As you mentioned, there are larger engine motorbikes which a physically smaller.
Evo , you doing southend ridedown? Got over 1,100 bikers interested 770+ are going. We are riding from Ace Cafe to southend-on-sea together. 28th March.
+EvolutionMotovlogs haha wouldn't now how to private message on here new to youtube 😂😂but the mt looks like a great cruise for Somerset keep up the videos bud iv learnt what I can from your videos great stuff 👍
I made the swap from the YZF-R125 (sportsbike) to the MT 125 and don't regret it what so ever. Much more relaxed to ride, for me it was well worth it! :)
What's going on ladies and gents! Sorry for the late upload (literally it's 11PM). I hope you enjoy the reveal video. - Please read the description - Hit that like button - Drop a comment with any feedback, questions and so forth
Hi matey, I am due to get a new bike and i am stuck between the MT and the R1 125.. What do you think is the better one? I've heard mixed reviews for both... One dislike in one of the comments is it isn't a bat bike lol
+EvolutionMotovlogs If they did the matt grey with blue tyres/wheels it would sell to me straight away. In terms of riding them both which did you prefer? (I know hard question) were they both comfy to ride?
+Luke Corbin MT is much better for long distance commuters due to upright riding positions and bars. R125 is fun but you'll notice the fuel tank between your legs after a short while! :P
Personal preference - It depends if you want a sportsbike or a more upright street-fighter. IF you get the opportunity - check them out in person and sit on them prior to purchasing.
Hi David! In regards to height/weight etc, your height and weight is going to restrict you in terms of performance. I''m 5ft 8.5 tall and I can ride it comfortably. I would recommend sitting and testing the bikes before committing so you can get a feel for it. Personally, as your eligible due to your age - I would consider doing your full test and look at the MT03 for instance. Feel free to drop me a PM if you've got any questions.
wouldn't recommend it bud I'm 6ft 1 and I feel like a giant on most 125's I suggest getting a big cruiser, Kawasaki dragstar kind of cruiser is good for tall people
nar it's because it's not an upright riding position. the handlebars are about the same height as the seat. I think if i lowered the seat i probably wouldn't have ths problem.
I don't get the numbness in my hand anymore, it was just a case of getting used to the bike as i only had ridden scooters before this bike and have done 6000 miles since. Am doing my das training in september so might not have long left on the bike hopefully.
just a quick question for you I'm 5'6 currently and I am 16 next year I will be 17 and will be looking for a 125 to ride would I be to small for the YZF 125?
+ben linnell I wouldn't have thought so. The seat height is approximately 820mm. Have a measure and see how high that comes up on you - or if you get the chance, sit on one in person.
+EvolutionMotovlogs will do bro I'm not quite sure but I think the shop near me has one in stock I believe I should grow a bit aswell thanks man:) 1 minute 12 seconds into the video enjoying it already keep up the good work here for the long run!
+ben linnell To be honest, I don't think I'm much taller! You'll be fine - you'll grow and motorbike boots make you taller. Glad you are enjoying the video, be sure to watch in 1080p. Stay awesome!
I have the r125! In red 2014 no abs I had to use emergency stop other day as kids ran in to the road the wheels locked so hard! I skinned ( didn't fall off ) lucky it was a really hot day otherwise I'd of fell off.. I'm thinking of selling it and doing full license ..... I have a few videos up of it on my channel anyone wants to see it
The YZF-R125 have been in production for far longer, so obviously the older molders will be far cheaper. The MT-125 is newer so will be more exepnsive. They're similar prices new nonetheless.

VIDEO/AUDIO ISSUE: I've noticed the video seems a little 'choppy'. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with the video render or the Gopro settings itself. I also noticed the wind noise/background noise is very excessive. All things I am aware of and will resolve/improve in coming videos.
what settings are you using on the gopro?
+Ben Halliday First time using it, I've gone with 1080p at 50fps.
unsure how I fixed it on mine, I recorded in 1080p 60fps, seemed to be something to do with the way I imported the files, they would be choppy until I'd watched them all and let them load or something
I don't seem to have an option for 1080p 60fps. Only 50fps or 80fps? A little frustrated with the outcome but hopefully I can resolve it soon.
has it been updated? I'll give you what I use on mine
mode:video
resolution:1080
FPS:60
FOV: Wide
lowlight:off
spot meter:off
protune:off
Just wondering is it just me or the video is quite jumpy? Lovely bike though!
I thought it was just my crummy internet, i have the same problem here but it gets better at times
+JazekTV New Gopro setup, looks like I need to do some final adjustments. I'll look in to it :)
Didn't know you had this channel til today :) Nice bike and good luck on your test.
I got a new bike last week, Yamaha R1M, incredible piece of machinery.
+Henry Peck Woah Henry, fancy seeing you here!

+Ziramagic Sorry for the long wait, stay awesome!

+Mortuus Ultricies Thanks for the suggestion, I'll put a to-do list together!
Bike looks mint mate! Good luck on your tests. I have my mod 1 next Tuesday and my mod 2 on 3rd april :D Can't wait
+BigBenMotoVlogs Thanks man! Best of luck with yours too bro!
great bike, great video
keep up the good work dude
+Othman Jedraoui Thanks dude, stay awesome! :)
Camera dying or did the render fuck up? The video's extremely choppy.
+6Twisted The footage was fine, audio has quite a look of wind noise however. I guess the render died - I will look in to it.
+6Twisted I've put a comment up, please see the above for more details.
Hi, great video. Do u mind if i ask what video and audio recording equipment u r using. Cheers 😀
Thank you, appreciate the support.
► GoPro Hero 4 Black (chin mounted)
► 1080p at 60fps (superview)
► Protune Enabled
► Sony ECMSC3 & GoPro Mic Adaptor
very nice bike cant wait to buy mine
Great video man, was debating whether or not to get this bike but probably will now
Thanks for the support! What's holding you back? Any questions feel free to ask away!
+EvolutionMotovlogs just the money really, it's quite an expensive 125
+Murray_m8 I can understand that, they've only been in production since 2014. Keep an eye out and you'll be able to locate a good buy!
+EvolutionMotovlogs Yeah will do, keep the videos coming they're really good!
+Murray_m8 Thanks man, stay awesome! :)
Keep up the good content have been to ace cafe in London before if not do a vlog ride out there, quality place and great food would be a sick video
+Motor-otis Thanks for the support. I have been there once! I think a video this summer would be a plan!
Don't know if it's just me man but I'm experiencing weird buffered audio and picture when on 1080p... But great videos mate, I'll keep tuned for the future!
Hmm, strange. Thanks for the heads up though.. The audio is not 10/10 as I mic placement isn't correct yet. Thanks for watching, stay awesome!
Chine mount looks perfect
+Kyle TheTreeKat Thanks man! :)
Oh I forgot to set a challenge, where is the fun in that. Be awesome and get the video to 100 likes. You've got 48 hours!
finally :) looks good! Video seems to have an fps issue, but awesome anyway!
+x Milkyy Thanks man! Yeah I noticed, damn!
Does it have a gear indicator ?
Unfortunately not, however you can get an 'add-on' which wires in to the gear shifter.
Great Video mate ;)
+JamesTheBiker Thanks James :)
Yo dude, what year is this mt?
Hi there, love the bike, what's it like going up steep hills? Can you keep up with cars ?
Hi James! The low end power will pull you up on full throttle, worse case scenario - drop a gear. :)
As you mentioned, there are larger engine motorbikes which a physically smaller.
the bike is amazing though. Only the mirror i might change as can't see much out of them.
It really is! Mirrors aren't bad, they're more than adequate but bigger ones could be useful.
yeah a bit bigger but also the shape of the mirrors aren't so good i think.
Plenty of aftermarket mirrors avaliable, rizoma do some AMAZING mirrors.
Also what's your opinion on putting a top box on the bike. would that make it look bad?
Evo , you doing southend ridedown? Got over 1,100 bikers interested 770+ are going. We are riding from Ace Cafe to southend-on-sea together. 28th March.
Are you going on motorways?
+MotorisedBrit I wasn't planning to, wasn't really aware of it. It sounds like a good ride though, I'll look in to it :)
+JazekTV No Motorways Mate! All A Roads for Learners :D
+EvolutionMotovlogs facebook.com/events/879963122112256/ that is the facebook page for it mate. Hope to see you there!
+MotorisedBrit Thanks, I'll take a look now :)
You just gained a subscriber sir
Why thank you! Welcome to the channel sir :D!
Nice bike dude and just to let you know your cam was a bit laggy at some points of riding
+I AM M3GAman Thanks dude! A few people have pointed that out to me, I will look in to it.. :)
+EvolutionMotovlogs ok bro
great video bud thinking about getting this as a first bike
Thanks bud! You will not be disappointed - it's an amazing first bike. Any questions, feel free to send me a private message.
+EvolutionMotovlogs haha wouldn't now how to private message on here new to youtube 😂😂but the mt looks like a great cruise for Somerset keep up the videos bud iv learnt what I can from your videos great stuff 👍
+HIPHOP TELETUBY rather the mt or yzf hard choice ☺
No worries! The MT is great for commuting but the YZF gives you that sportsbike feel! Both amazing motorbikes by Yamaha!
Love that bike
+RaNDuM Thanks bro! My favorite 125 so far! :)
Hi mate i'm riding Honda cbr125r, but going to look at the MT-125... would you make the swap?
I made the swap from the YZF-R125 (sportsbike) to the MT 125 and don't regret it what so ever. Much more relaxed to ride, for me it was well worth it! :)
just bought it! 65 plate matt red one... if its rubbish i'll hold you accounted ;)
Awesome man! It's very planted on the road and great to ride... Let me know how you get one bro :D

do u live in marden
I live in Kent, I've been to Marden on the motorbike.
@@EvolutionMotovlogs Evolution, where in Kent? I’m from Whitstable, 16 with an RS50 AM6 Version 👌
Have you got panniers for this? If so please review them
+ETS2 Screenshots I do not at the moment, it previously did though.
Hi matey,
I am due to get a new bike and i am stuck between the MT and the R1 125.. What do you think is the better one? I've heard mixed reviews for both... One dislike in one of the comments is it isn't a bat bike lol
They are both top notch faultless bikes. very similar but yet very different. I am doing a comparison video soon :)
+EvolutionMotovlogs If they did the matt grey with blue tyres/wheels it would sell to me straight away. In terms of riding them both which did you prefer? (I know hard question) were they both comfy to ride?
Annnnnd when doing longer journeys what bike is safer to ride? As the R1 is a lighter bike isn't it?
+Luke Corbin MT is much better for long distance commuters due to upright riding positions and bars. R125 is fun but you'll notice the fuel tank between your legs after a short while! :P
+Luke Corbin I haven't noticed a difference, both are just as 'safe'?
how did you get the rear seat pegs off? trying on mine but the bolts are a nightmare to reach
There are two bolts on either foot peg, accessible under the rear seat. Very difficult to get to on the ABS model though.
Yeah i've managed to find those bolts but the abs motor (i think) is in the way. My tools can't reach for the bolts. Do you have the abs model?
Is that a full system akraprovic or just the cone ?
+Moski Dzn It is the full titanium system.
+EvolutionMotovlogs oh alright have u got a link or a website that u bought it from
If you search ' [Motorbike Model] Akrapovic Full Exhaust System you'll see a few sites selling them. Such as; Sportsbikeshop and eBay sellers.
okay cheers thanks
+Almighty No problem!
for acceleration is the YZFR better then the MT
In my opinion there is minimal difference. Perhaps easier to achieve top speed on the R125 due to the aero-dynamics of the fairings.
+EvolutionMotovlogs what's would be worth the money of your not going to use it everyday
+Benjamin Callaghan what would be worth the money if you don't use it every day
Personal preference - It depends if you want a sportsbike or a more upright street-fighter. IF you get the opportunity - check them out in person and sit on them prior to purchasing.
+EvolutionMotovlogs do you live in the UK or us
How much did you pay for your insurance on this a year bro ? Just put a deposit on mine i was wondering how much insurance would be
Do comparison sites
lol, I'm a bit late, BUT DAAAAMMMMMNNNNNN, YOU HAVE THE RACE BLU MT125 *__________*
+BattleHalo Hey! Yeah, she is awesome! :)
:3
glad for you, I might change my idea for what bike I want as the YZF is cheaper :P
+BattleHalo The YZF R125 is more to buy brand new! But they have been in production much longer so you can get the older plates cheaper of course.
EvolutionMotovlogs well we bought an Audi S1 recently, and we don't really have the money to buy a 4k bike :P
is it a sports tourer?
Hm, not rally. Naked upright.
Would you be able to do a comparison video of the r125 and the mt125, seen as you have ridden both, thanks
+Callum D'cruz I plan to do one soon :)
Hi, i'm 48 & never been on a bike or scooter. I'm 6ft 4 tall & 16 stones too. Is the MT 125 a good starter bike for me ? Thanks
Hi David! In regards to height/weight etc, your height and weight is going to restrict you in terms of performance. I''m 5ft 8.5 tall and I can ride it comfortably. David Cooke Bit of a late reply but look at dualsport or supermoto bikes, they're usually very tall. 36" ish seat generally.
nice bike bro
+alex harvey Thanks bro! :D
I got this bike recently and due to the riding position my right hand goes numb after 20 minutes
Never had that issue, perhaps vibrations in the bars?
nar it's because it's not an upright riding position. the handlebars are about the same height as the seat.
Andy G 🤦🏼♂️
Design of Mt 125 in europe better than vixion in indonesia😳
Is that bike too tall for a 5'3" feet guy like me?
The seat height is 820mm, I recommend sitting on one at your local dealer and judging that one for yourself :).
Yamaha MT-125 Please Launch India
just a quick question for you I'm 5'6 currently and I am 16 next year I will be 17 and will be looking for a 125 to ride would I be to small for the YZF 125?
+ben linnell I wouldn't have thought so. The seat height is approximately 820mm. Have a measure and see how high that comes up on you - or if you get the chance, sit on one in person.
+EvolutionMotovlogs will do bro I'm not quite sure but I think the shop near me has one in stock I believe I should grow a bit aswell thanks man:) 1 minute 12 seconds into the video enjoying it already keep up the good work here for the long run!

+EvolutionMotovlogs I'm to into watching I'm just gonna watch it in 360p ha
im 5'10 i had diffucty gettin ontoday..
you should try a different mic, lots of background noise :p
+JorgePT I need to improve the audio, too much wind noise! I'll look in to it :)
I have a few videos up of it on my channel anyone wants to see it
If you are confident and old enough for the next license then go for it! What have you got to loose?
Ride safe and keep the R125 shiny side up.. :)
your motorcycle is nice
Thank you! :D
Why is that "L" on the front of your bike?
+Snorro Penalo I am currently riding on a CBT. You are require to display Learner plates.
Nice Bike :)
+One Down Five Up Thank you so much man! :)
omg ur in kent and went through staplehurst my dad and brother live there
Sure am! :)
yzfr used is worth 1500-2000 euros and used mt is like 3 750 euros so i think yzfr is way much better if u want to save money
The YZF-R125 have been in production for far longer, so obviously the older molders will be far cheaper. The MT-125 is newer so will be more exepnsive. They're similar prices new nonetheless.
EvolutionMotovlogs thats true too
8y dang
First view! Can't seem to view the video more than 360p.. Odd
+Mortuus Ultricies Wooo! The video is still processing and should be available to watch in 1080p within the next 5 minutes. Refresh the page and check! I got impatient and published the video as soon as possible! Leave a like and be sure to drop a comment at the end of the video :)
it's because we are so early to the video happens on everyone's video give it half hour or an hour should go back up :)
+ben linnell Everyone is so early! I haven't even posted my own comment yet... Refresh the page, you'll see 1080p soon :)
It was more of a vlog
Fair point
i want gopro. its better than my videos on my channel :-(
+Floyd's Adventures So far it is worth the money :)
highway
Motorway
tfjvk_ AUTOBAHN!!!
tfjvk_ moottoritie
You're gonna come off riding with little experience and only using 1 hand. Hit a pot hole and say hello to asphalt
Thank you for the constructive criticism.
Yzf r125 looks 10 times better than this
Personal preference, both look very nice IMO! :)
"It is A amazing bike"
And you call yourself English?
An**
Better? No, wish I could care.
Lmao calm down, everyone in the UK speaks different 💩🤣
Watching you constantly ride one-handed is making me cringe.
Those bikes produce a bulging nine foot pounds of torque. That's the same as a 1985 MZ125! Oh and there's no need to say "guys" every 5 seconds!!
Dont wanna sound like an ahole but the "proper" way to pronounce the exhaust name is "akra-povich" not a "k" sound at the end, just a tip:)
What an example for a new driver ,driving without both hands of the handlebars and swerving on the road what a fool.
