Solid advice, I do multiple weekend trips, and one (hopefully two) week long bike camping trips. I’m working on losing 25 pounds off my bike - by bike I mean myself lol.
A lot of great advice. I always carry one pannier, all my water bottles when I ride. It does make a difference when you load up. At 65 slow and steady is the way to go. I snack a lot. Thanks for the video and take care, Al.
I'm really happy I found your channel. I'm getting geared up for my first foray into touring and bikepacking as the weather improves headed into spring and summer. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Am i the only one who thought sam was laying on the ground at first?
i take it these tips also apply to unicycle touring
hahaha yes they do! Maybe reduce the time recommendations, but still slowly increasing your hours per week is the way to go
Nice haircut
