@@markotat2332 I'm pretty sure you can send it back, my mentor got it unstuck somehow but I think now when I put a new cartridge and run it, the needle seems to be close as hell to the edge

I´m a beginner what do you recommend for me? The price is not a problem, I just want a good machine that just work good for Lining and Shading, Maybe a Pen or two normal machines?

Yes, you may use the O-Ring set for the HAWK Pen for your SOL Nova. It fits all pen shaped machines. If you are looking for the O-Rings for the SOL Nova Unlimited's battery compartment, please contact our support team. This set will be available in our web shop, soon.

Ok, I gotta say, and I don't usually get involved in dramatic hypotheticals but many tattoo artist are diagusting.
So there has to be many people in the world lacking basic common sense who happen to be tattoo artist for you guys, Cheyenne, to be forced to make this video. It is blowing my mind that this video has been produced, but then again not surprising.
I have been in a few shops that I always shake-my-head at the stupid things artists do, and the main reason I stopped buying used tattoo machines that were filthy and not-bagged. Unless I work with someone I know, and I know they take care of their equipment and their work habits, I won't buy any machines regardless who they are.
One more thing, I have noticed that a few cartridge companies DO NOT POST: the word MEMBRANE on the outside packages, or listed very clearly on the sites when shopping for new cartridges, but in the end it is up to us to be vigilant and look for those words when purchasing needle cartridges.
Also, please send a picture back to that dude who sent you that machine! It's disgusting and stupid for anyone to be that oblivious. Because someone like that will post that machine for sale to another unsuspecting person to buy a machine, thinking they are saving money, and quiet possibly getting a client infected with a nasty virus; yes it's very possible. There's a guy not to far from our shop here in Central PA giving people MRZA, and he always blames the clients. Not sure what machine he's using, but it's the third time now since last summer, that I got complaints about it, and everyone is afraid to say something.
    Bag the damn machines!
