The first time I went to Wheels Through Time, I "met" Dale as he was leaving in the big V12 automobile with another gentleman on the bridge! I was super bummed because I really wanted to meet him and had ridden 850 miles hoping....to make a long story short, they arrived back about an hour later. As I was walking around I hear someone say "was that you on that Orange HD police bike?"..... I was FLOORED!! Dale Walksler had seen, and remembered that from an hour ago!! We got a personal tour for the next few minutes until he was called off and I'm sure went and did the same to another guest. Matt, I'm sure you wont read this or remember, but YOU did the same thing. My brother and I were admiring the old Army bikes. You walked by and noticed our "Vet" patches. You shook our hands and said Thank You in a heartfelt way. Then proceeded to give us all the info and little details on the scoots in the display. I am sure I will be back. You are a good man, who had a good man to look up to. God Bless and I'll be down again one day.

I was there that very day for my first visit to WTT. What a great place. Thank you to Matt and everyone there for such a great time. I have to say, as impressive as all the bikes are, the personal memorabilia got to me big time. Knowing that what those folks from the past felt is exactly what I feel today about motorcycles was truly moving and inspirational. Despite a thousand differences across the decades, we all have so much in common...

Hey what's going through the comments and that your comment kind of struck a bell with me. You're actually for whatever reason well I'll tell you I haven't been able to ride for more than a quarter of a century and I lived in breathe motorcycles and things with an engine always had really cool cars and fast cars and except for my 67 Dodge dart LOL go and the when you talked about how you know the personal memorabilia and stuff like that had you kind of made you realize that you know you feel the same way about motorcycles as they did back in the day a common love for the thrill and beauty of motorcycles yeah it really touched me when I thought you know how I felt about motorcycles how you know everything that involved motorcycles was a love and interested you know sometimes when I go like some videos like this and other motorcycle videos it's a little emotional because you know what when I put on a ride anymore I closed the door to anything motorcycles and of course there was no internet or anything but you know I stayed away from you know when I stopped riding I can still see things it just wasn't so safe for me to ride so I didn't look at the motorcycle I didn't follow on the magazines or anything like that when the internet came and RUclips searches for them absolutely nothing and just put it out of my mind it died and I buried it and the a friend of mine got his first bike last the end of last Friday season on the east coast of America you have these cuz the United States and he was telling me about the incidency was having you know that we're getting me to worry about him you know anyone arrives a motorcycle so I started looking up videos and stuff to see if I can send them safety videos tips and stuff like that and all of a sudden The floodgate open then I couldn't get enough about it but you know the first few videos and even now went and some videos just touch me I'm not embarrassed to say you know I said tears over these things you know one of the things that I used to love to do was get up when I didn't have to work whenever that day was it ever time depending on my job get on my motorcycle pick a direction put my camera my 35mm Honeywell Penn text the camera on my shoulder and I would go just you know and if a road Branch left and Branch right now maybe take pictures and it wasn't my little private expeditions my h yeah they were my little expeditions my Little adventures and not to say you know I wasn't adverse on me lots of times I can't even give you a percentage of laying down on my gas tank it just open it up but yeah you know I rode for good amount of years started with Japanese bikes basically end up with a Harleys that was another thing I went after I said that I searched on RUclips for everybody I owns and then I was able to listen to it and yeah again emotional I'm sorry this is so long but you really get your comment just made me realize you know how I felt about motorcycles and riding them and everything about them and yeah it's a very big emotional thing my friend still having occasions where he drops his bike and she's in his late 50s and the first bike bills cuz he he buys cuz he always wanted to Harley is a 99 road King I mean did you imagine your first bike you have just like Cadillac on two wheels yeah crazy always for my thing though towards the end but any motorcycle I I otherwise riding a Japanese bike or a Harley I always waves I always gave a fist so anyone even if they want to moped that's that vice versa this is not Iran but it certainly is not a simple reply to a comment it's more like a short novela all right man keep riding ride safe and ride for fun enjoy yourself and ride safe for me sincerely about the blind patron guitars PS I know that last part was kind of corny but it's kind of true have fun for me dude stop voice

THIS is the type of stuff that needs to survive thru time. We're currently suffering a information drain. Skilled mechanics and engineers are retiring and passing away without leaving their knowledge behind. We need to record ALL DATA in as much detail as possible. The recent gas line hack has proven this fact to be true.
The petroleum company could have operated the pipeline manually BUT all the people with operational knowledge of the pipeline are all retired or DEAD so they were forced to pay the ransom.
This is the same thing that happened to our Lunar landing program. All the machinists and engineers didn't write down or record their work so an entire generation of space exploration was lost to ineptitude and ignorance.
WE CAN'T let this happen again. EVER.
