What about reimburstments assistance in case you're out and need something for your business, but dont have your business credit card, then have to use your personal card?

hello i was wondering about step 2! can you go over benefits and downfalls of each account type? also excess transaction fees, transfer, and wire limits. I'm sure its just how many transfers per such and such but want to clarify? thank you

if i paid someone to make an operating agreement and decide to change it later, sole ownership currently, but planning on bringing people in later, any specific steps i should take before changing the document, do i add ammendments, or redo the whole thing and print it out sign it again. etc

I created my LLC in July 2021as a single member. I wasn't aware that I had to file an ECE with the IRS and it had to be done within 75 days of formation until today! I was told that i don't want my LLC to be automatically classified as a Disregarded Entity. The problem is I'm not sure what classification I should elect. I would like to pay as little self employment tax as possible.
