This cover has been in the works for over a month. It is not like my other covers--it's BETTER! Whitney Houston has always been one of my vocal idols. I still remember performing this song on SingStar Pop with my friends! My producer and I chose to approach this cover from a more creative base. In this cover, I stepped away from the comfort of my piano to create sounds and visuals that were more artistic and emotional. For the production of the song, we added in piano, strings, drums, and much more. I never imagined it to turn out so different from Whitney's original take, but I am so proud of my work and absolutely in love with this newfound version of "I Wanna Dance With Somebody."
