helped me a lot....after being in market for 3 years i understood a year ago by my journal is that i am a option scalper......so i worked on it and used to make 40-100% of my capital in 2-3 weeks and lose every thing and blow my account in next 1-2 days....this process is kept on repeating. It happen to me just yesterday too. What i understood is that iam a morning momentum scalper (choose only 1 index i trade only nifty50) and loosing my whole money in sideways market also i enter my trade only on pullbacks that too based on shorter and longer time frame trend after a successful trap. My total loss till date in 3 years is 3.7L. Help me with your suggestion sir.
make rules as of how many trades you want to do in a day.. and fix a max loss of a day.. once that happens, just shut down the system or use the kill switch.. dont even look at markets after that...

I have been trading in options buying. The most important thing is emotional control. You need to find a simple strategy which gives you atleast 50% probability (5 out of 10 trades should go in +) SL is must. Take max 3 trades a day but if you have made profit in first trade then close the screen and day.

Still i wasn't satisfied, i took another trade and lost ₹6,500. Net gain of the day= ~₹4,500. This is my problem, i make very good money but i am always dissatisfied. Please suggest something to me.
