Hi. As an example of how to follow on from this practice, you could go on to do some standing poses such as Trikonasana and Parsvakonasana and / or some seated poses such as Janu Sirsasana and Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana and finish up with Paschimottanasana before going into Savasana.
