I commented on the first video that this was the deal of the century, and I stand by it! The radiator damage is about the most concerning thing at this point, but it could be a lot worse. So far (and I’m watching these videos in order lol) it seems like you got a solid ride there! Can’t wait to see how it turns out. I’m crazy jealous 😂

Ya it was our AC condensor radiator that was bent the one behind it was fine. And the AC was still running fine! Nuts! We swapped it out... Had an issue with getting the 4x4 ti engage so that was the more expensive issue but literally nothing else has been discovered besides some suspect wiring... Stay tuned in coming weeks we just sound dampened the interior and reupholstered the seats, door panels and more...

I'd say that over all for a 33yr old 4x4 bought unseen, you've done pretty well. The radiator is annoying, but if it's sealed, you have time to source a replacement, even an upgrade. Everything else is "to be expected" normal wear and tear. The tailgates are well known for rust issues.
It wasn't bought new to be a trailer queen, it was bought by someone who needed a tough off roader a third of a century ago.
Speak directly to Mize adventures, he's pretty sure to have any parts you need in his collection.

i said radiator but i meant ac condensor radiator to be specific so we swapped it out even tho heat and ac was still working, crazy haha

Your leaf springs need to be reset or replaced. Possibly with the shackles too. The old girl is in remarkably good shape 👌🏼👌🏼
    Enjoy 😁👍🏻
We have one in the family too 💪🏻💪🏻

My front end looked the same after I tagged a deer, the a/c never stopped working so I left it alone

The bumper is stood much further off than original, any idea why?

It seems like whoever bolted it on used different mounting hole... we just installed a new Dobinsons front bumper (video drop coming soon) and you will sort of see where it was mounted on that one... not sure whey they did that
