In the owners manual for most car, it says to enable the park brake first THEN put it in park as to not put too much stress on the parking pawl because the pawl is there to hold it in place in case the brake fails but is not actually meant to be used the way it gets used thats why IRL when you put a car in park, the car moves back a bit because of slack created in the pawl by just putting it in park without engaging the brake. Also, if you have ever tried slamming a vehicle in park at like 3mph it makes a grinding noise as the pawl is trying to find its place. its interesting how we have just not used the park brake for its intended use-- parking
hey trize, i know you probably dont care but ive had some really awful moodswings today and your video came in clutch to distract me from it. thank you, seriously.
Every car I've ever seen except 2 had an emergency brake, straight drive or automatic, and while the automatic "park" mode rarely fails, I've noticed that a lot of the women I know that drive use the E-Brake on flat ground for reasons I don't understand lol
all european and japanese cars have a handbrake regardless of the gearbox, auto gearbox Parking lock can fail and your car will roll away even easier than a manual
i played before hard mode came out and YOU NEED TO BUY THE TRUCK??? DAMN i got mad respect for you

Some how you can make the saplings respawn back after like 2 weeks in game but you have to leave the trees there.

No problem! Anything to help!
Is this a mod where you don't have the truck to start with or a game setting ?
You can turn "Hard Mode" on when creating a new save to not start with the truck in the beginning.
