My daddy taught me when I was young that you apply soap from bottom to top so you can see areas you skim over or miss. And you rinse from top to bottom because... well... gravity. Or as he always said it "Sh*t rolls downhill!"
Yeah but in touchless washing you need the shit to still be as the rinse is essentially a sponge. If you start from the top the shit you need to help rinse off the dirt will be already washed away.

Mattias T actually i am a professional detailer and you never wash bottom to top it’s top to bottom because you wash the dirt down to the ground not up the vehicle to the top.

Jedes Mal von unten nach oben! 🤦♂️ 👎 Ich weiß auch nicht, was den Leuten durch den Kopf geht.. jeder normale Mensch macht von oben nach unten, DIE machen es alle andersrum! 🤦♂️🤦♂️👎👎
Die machen es andersrum, weil sie kontaktlos arbeiten. Das Reinigungsmittel plus der Druck vom Wasser reinigen. Wenn Du jetzt oben anfängst, dann spülst Du das Reinigungsmittel weiter unten einfach ab und der Wasserdruck hat nichts mehr, mit dem er arbeiten kann. Resultat: Die Flächen sind nicht richtig sauber.
