There's an optical registration problem here. The beam should be completely round and not semi elliptical. Is the GOBO holder in place and not fully seated?
Hey, I just purchased this light to do monogram gobos for weddings. I ordered the gobo from goboman and got the steel gobo cut exactly to the specs that were listed. When i put the gobo in to the slide, the gobo itself wants to slide around or even fall out. Am I missing a piece to hold the gobo in place inside the slide? I know its cut to the right size so I'm slightly confused as to why its not sitting in the slide correctly and shifts overtime i put it back in to the light.
I don't think the noise it makes is a bad thing as all follow spots have a trancformer inside and as it's LED there is no avoiding that but, it's a good review.

Take off top cover. Open close section by unscrewing knob. Then re seat your gobo slide so it's lights perfectly round.
by the way the lever on the top is called the 'iris' controller and the levers on the side are both the profile focus.
