- Amen! The perfect ending to a perfect prayer!
When Jesus taught His disciples how to pray, He ended with the word, Amen. While most people say the word out of habit and without any thought, there is much to be gleaned from this word. It is not always translated amen. Of the 182 times Amen appears in the Old and New Testaments, it is only translated Amen 78 times.
We invite you to watch and learn about this word that Jesus used often - and is actually used to describe our Lord Jesus Christ Himself! “These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God.” Revelation 3:14

Amen! More than “let it be,” but Complete Confidence!
Literally true, faithful, firm, and trustworthy.
WOW! Who knew that “Amen” carries so much weight.
The “Amen” adds strength either at the end or beginning of a sentence. “Listen carefully and get this” if it is at the beginning of a sentence. “You can count on this. It will happen” if at the end of a sentence.
We can depend upon on His Word
The word “Amen” is the root word for the word “Faith.” The very definition and pronouncement of the faith in God and that His Word is true!
