Have you ever been on a surf trip where every morning you wake you hope it's not too big? My very first visit was in May and l never even waxed my 8'0" in fact the very first morning l woke l got half way down the beach and U-turned back to the hotel for my ✈️ wing 9'2". Still not enough. When a set comes it jumps up out of deep water and goes straight up and down I mean it looks more like the mega ramp than a wave. If you're not comfortable with swimming for long periods of time in the open ocean or handling yourself on a serious stick you will be spending your time at the point
