Atif Aslam, Farhan Saeed and Goher Mumtaz (JAL band's music composer, lead guitarist and singer) are the best singers of Pakistan. I do believe that the songs like "Rangon Mein", "Ankhon Se" (also "Dil Harey") and "Woh Lamhe" (also "Bheegi Yaadein") apart from "Aadat" were sung by Atif Aslam originally when he was part of the JAL band along with Omer Nadeem (now singer or music composer) as band's bass guitarist. I know that Atif left the band due to differences as he wanted his brother to be the manager of JAL band as the former was the lead singer. While Goher wanted his own brother to be the band manager because he is the founder apart from composing songs. Thus, Atif left the band and started his solo-singing career. Those four songs ( sung by Atif, composed by Goher) added to Jalpari album, which was the first and debut solo-singing album of Atif Aslam. JAL re-released those songs in their debut album Aadat with Farhan Saeed, since he joined JAL as lead vocalist alongside Aamir Sheraz Shazi as bass guitarist. So, no one stole the songs. Even though, Goher offered Omer to be the lead vocalist after Atif's departure and before Farhan's entry in JAL band, but the latter refused due to such high scale of controversy between Atif and Goher with the uncertainty of who is right or wrong. Omer also played guitars for Atif Aslam in concerts. Now Farhan and Shazi are not in JAL band anymore since 2011 and 2013, respectively. So, Farhan left JAL to pursue solo-singing due to which Goher took over as lead vocalist apart from playing lead guitars and music composing. Few months after JAL released their third album Pyaas, Shazi left the band during the 10th anniversary of "Aadat" song, which was recorded back in 2003. Goher also did backing vocals in JAL's first album along with second album Boondh in 2007, when Farhan and Shazi were the members. Currently, the members are Kenneth Zeerak, Aamir Azhar and Saad Sultan in JAL. By the way, I am their fan. RESPECT FROM BANGLADESH. :D

Atif didn't steal anything. He was the vocalist of the band. And he also had rights of the song just like goher had. But gohar was jealous of Atif's success so he started abusing Atif and ranting that Atif stole the songs. Why would Atif steal the song when he also has equal rights over the songs?

In court they had to prove it on the basic of musical knowledge/backing of how the composition was formed which obviously gave Goher a massive upper hand as he is the composer and lyricist. Although the court verdict was murky and was supposedly in both parties' favor only Jal was given the absolute rights to perform/use/sell those songs and Atif was bound not to perform/sell the disputed songs. Atif breeched court orders, and not only performed but sold one of Jal's songs Woh Lamhey (this time going as far as to sell Jal's version and not his version) to India again. It was Jal who pardoned Atif for that breech so that Atif won't be called to court again for violating the law, which saved Atif's reputation. Atif here is acting all innocent but this innocence is contradicted directly by documented facts. If Jal ever had to abuse Atif in any way they wouldn't save his reputation in Indian industry by pardoning his breech of law in the first place. Fact check me if you will by checking out "Aadat" album's wikipedia.

Atif didn't steal anything. He was the vocalist of the band. And he also had rights of the song just like goher had. But gohar was jealous of Atif's success so he started abusing Atif and ranting that Atif stole the songs. Why would Atif steal the song when he also has equal rights over the songs?

@@tahmidchy986 Youou only have legal rights to someone else's hardwork if there is a binding contract to it, which Atif doesn't have. In court they had to prove it on the basic of musical knowledge/backing of how the composition was formed which obviously gave Goher a massive upper hand as he is the composer and lyricist. Although the court verdict was murky and was supposedly in both parties' favor only Jal was given the absolute rights to perform/use/sell those songs and Atif was bound not to perform/sell the disputed songs. Atif breeched court orders, and not only performed but sold one of Jal's songs Woh Lamhey (this time going as far as to sell Jal's version and not his version) to India again. It was Jal who pardoned Atif for that breech so that Atif won't be called to court again for violating the law, which saved Atif's reputation. Atif here is acting all innocent but this innocence is contradicted directly by documented facts. If Jal ever had to abuse Atif in any way they wouldn't save his reputation in Indian industry by pardoning his breech of law in the first place.
