Stefan - not exactly, it means you deal with your internal thoughts more, you don’t talk about what you are thinking about too much, that doesn’t mean you can’t be social. It just means you don’t express your thoughts and feelings that often, but you can still party and have small talk and crack jokes. Kennedy is quite extrovert, she’s ambivert which is in between for sure because she has qualities that are the complete opposite of an introvert. She is very expressive around people, she says what’s on her mind all the time and makes a lot of complaints. She likes to be alone a lot though which is a very introverted quality.
Copiertube an introvert is someone who gains energy from being alone, while an extrovert gains energy from being around other people. Ones behavior is less important than a lot of people might think, there are many extroverts who are shy and quiet for example but still need to be around other people.
Generally speaking, it’s a misconception that people are either introverted or extroverted, as you already mentioned most or even all people are ambiverted, but more on one side of the spectrum than the other.
