Embarassingly, I had a hard time with the Regal Ancestral Spirit. I couldnt dodge its rollout attack consistently because of how slow it is, not to mention it homes so well.

Yes some species of ants do have stingers, actually the Bullet ant has the most painful sting of any animal, ranking number 1 in the Schmidt pain index. It feels like you got shot by a bullet, but the feeling persist for up to 24 houres.
I like how it was only huge rats and huge wolves at first. Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3 added huge pigs and crabs. Sekiro huge snakes. But Elden Ring has like huge lobsters, bears ants, dragonflies, octopuses LOL. Why can't we have huge rabbits or guinea pigs.
DS1 has huge cats and they aren't exactly cuddly and lovable...so yeah even if they add huge rabbits in future games I'd bet From will make sure the rabbits are as demonic as rabbits can be.
What I never found that dragon kin solider I guess that’s meant to be the first one you kill since it has no gimmick like the others also nice to see what they meant to look like with they heads since the others are way more damaged

That giant creature that shoots stones at you reminds me of the orphan of Kos. Kinda looks to me like an adult version of him, like how he would've turned out be if, well, he had the chance to be born and grown.

I'm pretty much at the end of my playthrough, so since you are still pretty early on i can watch these vids without spoiling myself. When i have the time i'll watch the older ones and add those gravity deaths too, don't worry : )
@@genesisosuna that's probably why that fight scared me away from that area wasn't that bad with enchanted knight sword but if you mess up you get bleed so quickly definitely the hardest NPC fight not including boss fight ones
i had no idea that teleporter was there... i could get the great oracle bubble sorcery SUPER early. like you can almost b line it from the beginning of the game...
For giggles I made a new character and ran up to altus mountain and grabbed the second twinblade to dual wield them before doing anything else. There's a lot you can do/get if you know where you want to go.

After almost 300Hrs into Elden Ring, the toughest challenge I've suffered through (which thankfully isn't just myself) is rolling to cancel out of the telescope, only to plummet from the precipice to my doom.

@@TheFaqvideos You must have entered via the elk corpse located in Nokron. The regular one is in Siofra River. I ended up fighting the regal version first too because I went to Nokron first.
I love how in the Polish version of the game these stupid arrows are called "seeking arrows" which must be the fkn truth written somewhere in the codes of these arrows. I don't believe any NPC ever in the history of gaming had that good aim.
What version of the game is this?? Ancestor spirit in retail is called Regal Ancestor Spirit, has many more moves + heals, there are little animal spirits running around while you fight it and at the end says Legend Felled instead of great enemy Its so much more impressive
The great jar guy, there’s a ledge in the top left of the little area it locks off when you summon the NPC, where the npcs fall off, you can use it to farm rune arcs
Hey Prod, I just wanna warn you that the Mimic Tear summon makes the game way too easy so I would suggest not using it but ofc you can do what you want :)

I was overleveled when I fought them.. one fell through the map and mt mimic tear solo'd the other one

I’m 100 hours in and I just discovered that I could progress with the game by walking through a giant door that I thought had been closed.
Minus the reused enemies in mountaintop and haligtree and yeah Id say the game is... pretty good :)

the ancestral spirit is by far one of my favorite boss fights because it was avery beautiful fight but i also love the music to it
Man I thought Bloodborne spiders were bad cause of the chalice dungeons but those ants are pretty nasty

Weird, the ancestor spirit regenerated his health like 4 times when I fought it, but didn't do that once for Prod.
There's two versions of this boss - 'Ancestor Spirit' and 'Regal Ancestor Spirit'. I think only the regal version regenerates health.

If you beat all three npc and taking to the big pot you get big jar talisman which is like haval ring.
