- Oh my goodness. I am speechless. I absolutely love both Black Swan and Acheron, and seeing them both together like this is.....yeah, I'm sold.
This is a high effort animation and it just shows. They are so toxic together and I LOVE IT...

@@malstrom2x the atmosphere maybe but both how Acheron tried to get out, pulling her hand away and not even look at Black Swan until Duke Inferno was brought up shouldnt be ignored. And obviously the whole 2nd half kills the whole vibe.

Recall that she has a line in the 2.1 trailer that says something along the lines of "It's only when the sword is unsheathed that those hazy memories start to become clear". Combine that with how she never unsheathed her sword in 2.0, and even went so far as to tell MC that she "couldn't". There's definitely some deep connection with her memories and her sword. And then of course the big dramatic moment at the end of the trailer is her unsheathing it. (I think it's also when she turns all gray and weird things happen with time).
God I can't wait for 2.1 to drop.

this is just solidify my theory that Acheron gained powers by the nihility, since Black Swan is a collector of memories of very important people she for sure know cruelty and brutality but her overwhelming reaction to her memory just reminded of of that saying "if you gaze upon the abiss the abiss gazes back" .
Device IX is probably the only being that could cause that reaction on a memokeeper since they are everything and nothing at the same time

It's not Acheron in the present that asks, it's her switched version in the past.
"Excuse me.. Are you asking me?" As if to clarify which version of Acheron is Black Swan asking BECAUSE we are told by Adventurine she brings, "finality"
A quirk of the Aeon of Finality is that he travels back in time mumuring a prophecy.
She is all but confirmed to be the Emenator of Nihility and we, ourselves, have met IX before in Simulated Universe. When you meet IX it immediately ends your run and we can see Black Swan meeting that same fate as she's pulled into the black hole.

I don't know that they are toxic. A black hole is fascinating, but if you're going too close, you'll be ripped to shreds. Nothing malicious in there, that's just nature. BS did make the mistake of coming too close.
