    I have salmon most days.i have chai seeds on my porridge.i have had cortisone injections and ostenil injections i havd no cartlidge in my right knee and a little in my left.have tried ginger and have found nothing works at all.

    I am a pure vegeterian. Bonne broth , Gelatin and fish are not suitable for me. I am suffering from Osteo arthritis.
