I signed up for morning brew the last time you collaborated, what I don't like it is that I like to do my stock reading before the market opens and morning brew usually sends theirs at around 12 o'clock local time
I suggest you to change the default local time, so it would send you your stock reading stuff before the market opens

@@davidwiden7126 try in the phone's settings, under the voice clock or something like that, then add a new fuso that permit you to read your stock news at the opening of the market

If you want to know what time is it in your country, just add a widget in your screen with your real local time based on your position

Hey Jon, awesome that you got into running! Based on what you say in your videos it looks like you’re pushing yourself on every run which a lot of people do when they start running but it’s not very effective training. It’s actually better if you do most of your runs at a very easy pace (like 5 min/km or slower. Kenyan runners often run 6 min/km 😉) and 2 harder sessions a week (tempo and intervals for example) if you want to see real improvements. Low intensity training is the best for building the aerobic base you need to run fast for a long time, so no need to push yourself all the time, enjoy your easy runs and the improvement will come 🙌

Now you need a matching Bang & Olufsen TV Jon. My dad strictly buys Bang & Olufsen TV's and speakers haha but they are amazing and look spectacular. No other speakers or TV's are at their level when it comes to design.
By the way, the speakers are top notch, B&O is very serious about sound and so dedicated.

It's the best combination of insanely stylish design and the high-end hardware from Philips. Which may sounds bad, but it's a bit like AMG makes the engines for Pagani.
Renew on the shoes ... I bought the Nike Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT% yesterday and improved my running speed to 10 km in 4 minutes. You should also try them on.
You need a sub with those speakers and 2 rear ones but you can get the cheaper ones which are v good

I'm also running around 100km a month since January and I also wish my times was faster, but that is what makes me keep running. I challenge myself to beat my times every time so it feels great every time I beat my times with some seconds or sometimes, some minutes! :D

I'm a lot into running and also a lot nerdy so I need to say something about those shoes: These are really awesome, increase your running efficiency by about 5% and give and absolutely awesome feeling! BUT: they are made for races and race specific workouts so if you rock them on some easy Kilometers you might get some strange views from other runners ;)
Addition: And yeah, the Alphaflys are even crazier but not everyone likes them because you get a really strange feeling of the floor

And also the nike alphafly is more of a long distance running shoes better for 20km and above , mostly for short runs use the vaporfly . But youll get to know it :)
