I'm 14 and my parents never took me to school or bothered to teach me a thing, but now I can teach myself by watching these videos thank you so so much for this
I will try and spread the word about Math Fortress when I can, but I wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am, because I've never been able to "get" math until finding your videos. None of my teachers back in school, all the way up to high school never got any points across to me, because they would only take the time with the problems and solutions, but never explain any of the figures, their meaning, and how to read them. Thank you!
Same. It was litterally like expecting someone to read when they dont know how a letter is pronounced. Without explaining what a symbol does, there just becomes a logical gap, and when something doesent make sence to us as kids, its easy to think that its because we didnt know how something worked, or that the subject was bs and people just memorised things, but all the whille math, a subject which is litterally based on phisical laws of nature, should be a subject that human beeings should idealy be able to intuit once we have the sufficient understanding of the concepts. I mean ffs, its litterally the subject of "making sence" , so as such, it should make sence 😅 Anyway, have a great day
I don't want to blindly blame the school system. But that's what I'm saying. I live in a third world country so you could expect some lacking of improvements in any given areas or field in my country, school of course being one of em. I don't know how the school system works in first and second world countries but, hell, I probably learned relatively faster at home than when I was in school.
Thank you for your supportive feedback! It is wonderful to know that these videos are helping students. Thanks for spreading the word. More Geometry videos are on there way!
72 and getting this refresher course through these videos as there is a lot of information coming out about the pyramids and other megalithic sites being geometrically (as in geography/geology) linked... among other esoteric geometric concepts being hypothesized.... really mind blowing! Thank you!
Hey thanks buddy for teaching these basics I'm from India 🇮🇳 and the education system in india is a failed factory which failed to teach all these things but from you i have learned so many things and you made me understand on how to use geometry because i was weak in basics which made me flunked this is why I'm gonna give a big hug to you 🤗🤗
Awesome content! Thanks for taking your time to create these videos. These 10 minute videos are worth 1hr of lecture if you actually sit down to understand. The best way to learn is to sit down with a brand new notebook and write down what you are showing in the videos while also NOTING down specific things you are mentioning. Wow! I learned alot. I will say one thing it's never to late to start learning! Thank you! Here I'm starting my journey into Geometry. :)
I had mono during the geometry unit and recently I've been running into subjects that need me to know these things, thank you for organizing it so well
The amazing blogger 28 that's too bad. My teacher was pretty damn awesome. Use RUclips's free education if you need to. Not having a good teacher will never be an excuse after RUclips. You'll always find someone educating better than the teachers you don't like. I was lucky but I was also lucky because I didn't need a good teacher. It was my favorite class. I worked ahead by multiple chapters for fun. Now I'm a custom woodworker making furniture. Just thought I'd come back here as a refresher since it's been a while. But I use this stuff every single day.
Thanks for this lesson. I am in geometry in 9th grade and I am so nervous about everything. On the first day, everyone seemed so smart and more comfortable with geometry than algebra. It honestly makes me confused, isn't algebra the easy one. Haha, that's just my opinion. I still need help on what a dimension is. But I have no doubt that you will allow me to understand easily with these well-detailed and easy to follow along video.
KOREAN SUBTITLES!!! THANK YOUUUUU!!! I've been studying this language for 3 years and not enough channels provide it. So I get to learn 2 things at once watching this! 🥳🥳🥳
Geometry is the best math, students it not hard.. It most useful in skill training in workplace.. Great fields working need this trade, like he said architect and teachers...
In some sence its faster and more consise a lot of times, so i prefere the same. Tho i finished school 10 years ago, i thought id refresh my memory of the fundamentals since when we learned them at school, there was always something that seemed missing, and usually that was how things were worded in a way which ommitted some things which the teacher found obvious, unlike me at the time. Anyway, have a nice day
Hello there man . I am native goergian 🇬🇪 and somehow i don't understand math on my native language , i am not good at math but your explanation on english is very helpfull .
I'm in 9th currently and not so great at maths and instead of running from jt I've decided that I'm going to clear the basic concepts and make a come back cause life is too short to keep running away from my problems which can be fixed
Imma take geometry in 9th grade bc im advance so im just trying to catch up and be hoping for it to be like a piece of cake. So im hoping when they teach me geometry,I'll be knowing what's on.

Can we denote a ray by writing end point at second place and arrow direction opposite to that of shown???
I guess you can but typically you first write end point first then the second point and arrow going from end point to second point.
Thank you sir, I've been struggling for a while
Glad you found it helpful. Let every one know about Math Fortress!
