  • This powerful sadhana was developed by the disciples of Sri AmmaBhagavan at the Oneness University in India. It combines rhythmic breathing with successive meditations on each of the chakras.

    the best meditation in the world! ananda mandala and chakra dyana is all one needs... been doing these meditations for a decade now, and try to turn my students on to them too during my classes... I will use one word "connected" with your higher self doesn't get any better than this! thank you for having them accessible not taking these videos down I don't know what I will do as I hear his voice 1-2 1-2- 1-2 :)

    Ich habe Krishnarash persönlich als Lehrer in 2008 gehabt, seine Meditation war damals schon Klasse.
    Freue mich hier und jetzt wieder auf ihn zu stoßen. Was für ein Geschenk

    While doing this meditation in my first deeksha giver course, I felt for the first time in my whole life the pure love of God, the universe nature, the divine... it was pure love... the fist time i felt real love.. it was just amazing, and knowing that you can feel this wayevery single moment of your life, when you are awaken... made me look for ways of ggetting in touch with what i believe is God :) I'm not religious, but i like to think I'm spiritual :)

      It’s been 8 years I got the same experience of pure love ❤️. After that I completely transformed . After that incident It was easy to understand the spiritual scriptures and teaching. What a grace 🙏🏻❤️

    I did this with a group in an aura class and this made me feel amazing and full of vitality and oneness... I think it is important to understand diaphragm breathing though.. if you try to breath only from the lungs, you will not get full benefit and/or get very light headed. :)

    Hello everyone, after doing this meditation I felt extreme dizziness and nausea.... Fingers we're tingling a bit numb and I was shaking/vibrating. Is this normal? Did I do it wrong? I'm afraid to do it again because I don't want to feel so nauseous afterwards. It lasted many hours. Thank you to all who can shine some light :) Namaste

      Its normal, you can do it again. But do it without much strain.

      I had the same experience. I was shaking afterwards too. I was scared and worried I'd done it wrong but it was okay and in time the effects eased. So stick with it if you can.

    Advertisements are annoying in the middle of the video. It gets in the way of meditation.

    The deeper you inhale , the stronger it is , and you must have calm mind , it can stun you substentually , Like 80 times the effect of marihuana smoking if your mind is quiet enought to follow the benefits correctly it goes 20 times stronger than DMT even more potentually just if you are able to merge with the background of it , requires quiet and dark place or nature i guess would work out good aswell and i'd please you to appoint me to another such strong Key please
    it is if your contuesness is able to recognize the energy

    I think i need help and suggestions towards the experience that this type of breathing awakes in me.Before I explain further I must explain that this sensation has happened to me before a few years back, about 3.It all began not from any special meditation or practice but from an awareness.I imagined sending my pure energy outside of myself in waves, to repel negativity without a care of anyone or anything(Oh,I forgot to explain that it was also emotionally intense).This created heavy, I mean real heavy vibrations throughout my body.It usually starts at my entire arms,mostly palms after, face and lastly if i continue they spread everywhere even into my tongue and top of mouth.After the first time I believe they came so strong it unlocked that ability.I didn't have an idea what it was but since then I have realized i can induce them through breathing, the problem is that i have no idea how to direct this energy.IF the energy accumulates in one location it can cause cramps.I usually don't practice because it can be real strong and also I have no idea what it is.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and references welcomed.Thanks for the video by the way, It created more curiosity towards what it might be and I can now summon them whenever I want with the rhythm of this breathing, for further study.So it has to do with breath and probably the nervous system, well thanks again.

      i know this is late...but follow your intuition...ask yourself "What would someone who loves themselves do?"...and the first response you have you must follow..if your intuition says stop. stop. if it says continue, continue.

      This happens to me as well... I believe it to be sleep paralysis. Perhaps useful for astral projection. It seems to happen when I enter a meditation Flow State in this particular meditation.

    It is actually a male I believe. I also thought it was a woman when I first heard it as well. I only know the devotees is known as "Sri Krishnaraj". I have another video that I posted called "Chakra Dyana" and he narrates that one as well. I don't know of any other recordings though.

      Have you got anything stronger type of meditation ? Some more connecting really essensing connecting to the source or to love it would be accomplished with more effective breathing rythm and music

    Anyone knows what Ogum Satyam Om means? Researching Ogum is a black deity from Africa not so nice and there is not a meaning in Sanskrit.

      this is a man. Krishna Raj is his name. He was a monk in Oneness University of Kalki Bhagavan (Sri AmmaBhagavan) in Andrha Pradesh

    I have been doing this with groups of up to 70 people holding hands for the past year. Very intense but not a balanced exercise. Anyways what is the chant for the crown?
