As an Aussie, seeing you run the dyno from a string in the back then blow the tyres off it with rubber up the sides on a commo Ute is the most Australian thing you could have done!! The "Thunder From Down Under". That thing is a beast!!
The string throttle cable with Cleet standing in the ute bed, literally holding the reigns of 500 horses of the thunder coach. The sheer fun of thrashing this holden commodore ute was captured in this video. It needs a fullboost LSTHEWORLD sticker on it too.

Longer videos are undoubtedly great, but I rarely have 45min, or the last one was like 75 min, in a day to watch the whole thing.
I kind of like more frequent 15-20 videos because there're easier to watch in one sitting. there's always time to watch them on a break, or the toilet....
@@pauliewalnuts240 but that's what I like about RUclips. You can pause it and it will save where you last left off. Then you got basically 2 20min long videos you can watch over 2 days or whatever your schedule allows. It would be different if they posted everyday like they do in May. But when it's a video every couple of days, then I just watch what I can then finish it when I can you know. Either way I just like watching them mess around haha

It's been an upgrade with Squirrel behind the camera giving his opinion and good commentary, he seem to be a very likeable person .

The algorithm is changing. Almost all of my car content and creator content has switched to 30+ min videos in the last 2 months.

I caught a podcast with heavy d, cleet, and a bunch of other car RUclipsrs with big audiences that said they were all switching to longer form content because of the changing algorithms. You're probably spot on with it being driven by audience dand though. The short form videos work for some content, but for project and creator content it gets a little crammed.

It warms the heart to see a bit of Australia at the Freedom Factory. Now I'm sure you guys have thought of this already, but I'll say it anyway, I don't think spares for that steering rack should be too hard to get in the US. It's a GM product for one, and GM did sell Holden Commodore based cars in the US for a little while. So I figure there's have to be something close kicking around up there.
Also, I am beyind impressed at how Sam didn't flinch or anything when that exhaust was popping off. Nerves of steel. I'd have shat myself.
What they could do is get the rack from an 01-06 pontiac GTO and strip both racks, build the Ute rack with the parts from the GTO rack (they are the same rack but with the pinion on the other side).
A bit of trash no one in Australia wanted after they shut up shop. USA USA! Holden was just an off shoot the real world gave zero about. Stop pushing aussie trash on us

I just saw the video about race ideas. This is in a totally different direction but I think a blindfold team race would be freakin hilarious and fun!!! Either that or after starting the bbc project and it getting abandoned and having to start over putting the ls setup in he’s just tired of working on it when other stuff needs done
Jackstand is all for blowing up junk motors for the heck of it, but he won’t do the same for a built motor.
James knows their burnout cars live a very hard life and this one is setup to be very low maintenance, why add nitrous and make it an engine killing machine.
Or he just got tired of rebuilding them after every event.. why else put a built engine in a burnout car?
Leaves more time for racecar/family stuffs.
