People will do anything for money and fame, even if it means selling their own personalities and replacing it with others to meet the expectations of the people 'behind the curtains'. I believe sometimes they even go to extremities of fame like 'selling your soul'. Like honestly, how can someone who is as shit of a rapper as Iggy Azalea, or Ariana Grande, go from zilch to ruling the music industry. Because the music industry is no longer about talent, it's about image. For the most part to help advocate very low and degrading values.... my beliefs anyway :) Good on you sara

If you can write your own music, and have the work ethic to promote yourself like crazy, you'll make way more money doing it yourself. It's a genuine ton of work, but you already have a good base of support. You can do it. Good luck!
