Fanboys making fun of people playing "their games" because they're a few years old really shows they aren't fans of gaming at all or that they like the games nearly as much as they say. If they were true fans of these games they would be super happy more people get to experience it. But instead they see games as status symbols to flaunt around because somehow being able to play video games other people can't somehow makes you better...
I honestly find it so funny, one of the best parts about this releasing on PC is that you can now even get this game on the steam deck, and have yourself an excellent game in your pocket, just whip it out and swing around for a bit
The only things that interested me in this State of Play were Street Fighter 6, the 2nd chapter of The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners and the Spider-Man PC ports (because don't forget Miles Morales is coming to PC as well), the meltdown the Ponies had especially Lucas's was bloody hilarious. I find it baffling that the Ponies are still in denial that a whole bunch of their exclusives are coming to PC (as per the word of Jim Ryan) and they bough Nixxes a company known for porting games to PC exactly for this reason (bringing Playstation exclusives to PC).
I'm usually against people and companies going back on their word but on this occasion, I'm happy to make an exception especially since it has pissed the Ponies off massively 😂😂😂.

I was really considering getting a gaming rig started but my coworker told me the market for parts is jacked up right now. I got a email from Sony to buy a PS5 so I got that instead for the time being. No complaints but its also nothing special other than being able to run last gen games effortlessly. I also want to upgrade from a One X to a Series X eventually to get max performance out of my xbox library. Did I mention I don't take part in console wars and am a PURE gamer

I ended up finding out a bit later about the Spider-Man games coming to PC and had not followed Insomniac's S-M series for the past 2-3 years, but I get the excitement and I did not notice the text that said captured on PC on the first go either. That said, being excited and then feel tricked that it's not what you were hoping for, I kinda get that, but being mad that more people get to enjoy this awesome game, that's out of my comprehension.

I am really glad the game is now on PC as well, and the mods are really fun. Although i still enjoy playing on PS4 for the vanilla base game experience ocasionally. Even tho my PC is scuffed as fuck and the game doesn't run the smoothest, it's still playable and i am fine with playing it on the lowest settings lmao. I am just grateful it even works 💀👍
