I worked at Woodside for 27 years. Little action.. My good friend John knew many SFFD Firemen in the 90"s. We did ride alongs on TRK1 R1 and E1. Unbelievable the amount of calls we had. Everything from 2 alarm to knocklng down a thief at a store robbery. crazy man…Dragging deceased from underneath buildings and doing CPR in Elevators that were 70 years old. On a 2 alarm fire in the Mission the Truck guys had a hole as big as a VW before we got a small line on the fire on the second floor. Many ride alongs, good memories, born in SF but could not get hired there.. :
